Dr. Wain was the absolute best. I was brought in to South Nassau for an emergency appendectomy. He throughly explained the procedure, answered all my questions and I felt so comfortable. He was incredibly kind and knowledgeable . Afterwards in follow up, he answered any questions/concerns throughly. His office staff was very nice as well. He was truly amazing, I know I was in safe hands. I highly recommend!

Dr. Wain explained everything about my procedure. He was very cautious in his approach and advised me of the risks and benefits. This was a keloid removal that was difficult to do in the first place. He was cautious that he could successfully repair my chest area but due to his reassurances I wanted to proceed with the surgery. I’m glad I did. and am very satisfied with his skills and competence.

I'm giving 5 stars because I can't do 10 otherwise that would be what I would do. Dr. Omar Wain performed my emergency gallbladder surgery. He's so amazing, his bedside manners are outstanding and he's extremely professional at all times. Thank you for ensuring my surgery was a complete success and I was able to return to work in one week. Thank you for helping diagnose my problem which no other doctor was able to diagnose previously. Thank you for your calm demeanor and thank you for the excellent care. I highly recommend you to anyone seeking an excellent surgeon as you are the best.

Dr. Wain performed emergency gallbladder surgery for me at South Nassau. He was so kind and comforting before the surgery, he explained everything very well. The follow up at the office was great. The office is beautiful. The staff is very warm. The wait time was minimal. He is really kind, easy to talk to, listens very well and explains very well. He gave me his full focus and attention and answered all my questions without me feeling rushed at all. Overall A+

I went through a very negative physical experience that required a 9 day stay in south nassau. Dr. Wain was my surgeon. The nurses had a bit of miscommunication and I was being told I was going down for an X-ray, when I rounded the corner on a stretcher to see “surgical unit” I left my phone in my room and told my family I’d be right back I was
