Dr Raymond Sultan follows good medical practices by making sure you receive the necessary screening tests and your questions are answered. He provides a clear plan of action upon leaving his office. However, the best quality of Dr Sultan is he knows how to make you feel as though you are being cared for, that your concerns are valid. He was the only doctor I trusted to perform my aquablation surgery. He also went the extra mile to make sure I was given the best care at the hospital. I will always feel grateful to Dr Sultan and value him as part of my medical team. He is one of the BEST in his field and the only one I would trust when it comes to my care.

Whoever answer the phone, very bad customer service, even on working hours front desk don't pick up the phone, when whoever is on call answer, takes your information but no one calls back!

I don’t know what was wrong today but what i dealt with was very unprofessional. First i wasn’t told the new address of the office. Went to the old one. Then was given the new address. Went there and didn’t see Dr. sultan was working in this building. Then when i call for help i get an answering service that didn’t help whatsoever. I he couldn’t be a nice guy for all i know but this was very unprofessional. I will never make another appointment with you again

Dr. Sultan is a blessing from God all the good things I have to say won’t fit on this page I’m truly blessed to have found this urologist magic hands and most important he cares about his patients by listening to what they say and going forward once again the best urologist in my book Godbless this man and his family
