If I could give NO stars then I would. I arrived the day of my appointment only to find out the office was closed and nobody gave me a notice that my appointment was being rescheduled. The office manager insisted that she called on Monday but I work nights and in a building that has terrible reception and not to mention she didn't even leave a voicemail so that I'd have SOME indication that somebody had tried to contact me. I'm not dealing with this office again. I'm finding a different dental office

If you’re going to get a crown done, save your money. She doesn’t know how to do them.

My crown wasn’t done correctly & fell out twice. When I went to talk about the issue the lady at the front was rude.

Just saw the other reviews, they don't look like the office I've been at for years. The office is in great condition with new equipment. My cleanings have never been rushed. Everyone has always been pleasant. Dr. McHugh has been wonderful with myself and family including little kids.

This place is obviously struggling. I know that a cleaning should take more than 20 minutes but the poor lady was so rushed I felt like I couldn't even ask questions. It is not a good place especially for a family since they are so short staffed

I wasn't too impressed here today. First, the scheduling girl scheduled me for a cleaning instead of an actual xray, the reason for my actual visit then said they would charge an emergency fee for their mistake. They better not, it wasn't an emergency or my error. I waited a month to be seen. She was very rude. Apparently, they don't need new patients. My appointment was a half hour running late. I was told numerous times, Dr. McHugh" wouldn't be offended if I went back to my old dentist" as I was looking for a second opinion and then referred me out and listed RCT on the referral like I don't know what those initials mean (root canal therapy) and I was told my tooth looked fine. Also, when do you ever go to a dentist and not know how much your ins is being billed for? This ought to be interesting. I'll be calling them to make sure it's accurate. I would not recommend her. She didn't even introduce herself when she came in late or apologize. The only person who was decent there was the one who brought me back for my appt. I went to her based on her reviews. I certainly didn't see that good care with me, honestly. Instead, she wanted to pass me along probably based on my medical history. Pretty offended.

Not impressed when a dentist keeps telling you over and over they don't mind if you go back to your old dentist. This was a new appointment and I actually chose her based on inaccurate reviews and an impressive website. I won't go back. Her staff are very extremely rude except one, the sweet dark haired lady. They scheduled me for a cleaning instead of an xray and I called back thankfully and found that out before the appt. Dr. McHugh didn't even introduce herself or welcome me. The staff wouldn't even tell me what I was being billed for to my ins company. That's odd. I was going to recommend her to my other family members but not now. I don't usually leave reviews but I felt totally brushed off today.

Great pediatric care. Friendly, kid-focused, gentle, and comfortable atmosphere. We've tried 2 other 'pediatric dentists' in the area and both of them were factories with little or no personal touch or approach. That's not the case here. Highly recommend!

Very friendly dentist. However, she knows NOTHING about crowns. She did my crown and it fell out two weeks later and she wanted me to pay to have a new one made. She did not want to accept any responsibility. Apparently, when you have a crown, you're not supposed to eat bagels. It fell out four more times after that and somewhere in between I developed an infection, she started grinding down my tooth above it and suggested that I have crown lengthening surgery. No thanks!! I knew something was wrong since many of my friends have had crowns for 20+ years and have never had them fall out. I got 2nd and 3rd opinions by two other dentists and they both said the same thing. My crown was not done properly and it will never stay in unless it's re-done. So, I had it completely re-done in June, 2017 and it hasn't fallen out.

Wonderful practice!!! I highly recommend! Dr. Arpei-McHugh is incredibly knowledgable and compassionate as well as her entire staff.
