Dr. Kyaw is professional, practical, and patient. He is my doctor but Livingston Hills Nursing Home, (518) 851-3041, won't allow me to see him. He took great care of my father, Joseph Churnetski untill he passed on 10/30/20. Please try to get me to see him.

Excellent! I was so surprised to receive such excellent care. Dr. Kyaw asked more questions than any Dr. I have seen in a long time and gave excellent, easy to follow instructions. I hope I can be as good a patient as he is a Dr.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kyaw's for years now and despite moving out of Saugerties I still continue to go back to him. He always takes his time and explains everything clearly and will answer as many questions as you ask. I have never had a hard time scheduling with him and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a primary care physician.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Soe Kyaw. He is most compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. He never rushes you and he is very thorough. He is easy to understand and his explanations are absolutely clear. I credit him with diagnosing my condition and recommending a course of action that saved me a long road of unpleasant procedures. I had been suffering from bouts of diverticulitis for over two years and seeing a gastroenterologist with no relief. I asked Dr. Kyaw for his opinion and after looking at my recent colonoscopy he directed me to a surgeon. I had a sigmoid stricture that required removal or I stood the chance of developing a blockage. I had the surgery and am well on the road to recovery. Thank you Dr. Kyaw.

Not very pleased. I have tried to find solutions to getting medications for my elderly mother who is out of state. Instead of being helpful, the receptionist is curt, unfriendly, and unsympathetic to the situation. I didn't get any solutions...just unfriendly answers. I understand that not ALL issues can be resolved, but a friendly attitude and some sympathy can go a long way.....PAT.

NO so good - wonderful doctor but it takes more then 3 months to get an appointment even if you are already with him as a patient. Not service oriented to care for current patients. Seems they overbook like crazy and don't take care of current patients. Is it greed or mismanagement of front office. Took years just to get in and I was told once your in you're treated with preferential appointment times. Not so.
