I’m a new patient with Dr. Dellamura he seems very nice and so does the staff. I have two broken bones in my pelvis from an accident. I have to use a walker and I can barely move my left leg. When my uncle was leaving his truck with the valet parking attendant they could see I was in pain getting out of the truck. So I asked them how am I going to get into the doctors office. They didn’t answer me they just pointed in the direction of the door. So I struggled to make it over there and I had to walk so far just to get to the doctors office. I was in excruciating pain by the time I got there.You would think at an office for orthopedics they would have a wheelchair to help people get to the doctors office. I have another appointment in a week and a half I am going to call the office to see if this could be resolved.

Front desk did a really great job helping me get MRI asap, went above and beyond, thanks guys

I Had knee surgery 10/31/19. Great experience leading up to surgery. Dr Bedford Is a home run. Plain and simple. I Changed insurance as of 1/1/20. My doctor suggested gel shots in both knees if my my new out of network insurance would cover . I gave the office my new member ID the first week of January. They said they would be inquire about the approval . It is now about 8 weeks later. I’ve called 7 times to this point . Each time they take my info and tell me that someone will get back to me. I wait a week then call. Maybe it won’t be covered which is understandable but I’d like to know. To start somewhere else will be more involved in getting records transferred but I’ll manage it if need be. I’d rather stay with Dr Bedford but it doesn’t seem like it’s happening .

I had a very positive experience with Dr Delamora and his office staff. Very clean office taking necessary infection control practices and distancing.

Trying to call this office is a nightmare. Waited over 45 minutes for doctor. No parking. Manhattan surgery center. Why after cancelling surgery and speaking with doc the "surgical coordinator" keeps calling me is crazy. Doctors might be fine but happy and competent folks at the front desk is sorely lacking.

We had 3 follow up visits with my dautgher for a fractured wrist while we were on vacation out of state. Dr Sergai was recommended by our pediatrician. This were only outpatient out of network check up visits. We had to pay cash because the Dr was out of network. First visit about 4 min $500 paid Right away. For next visit we asked after the first visit how much it will cost, the ladies at the front desk told us 5 min outpatient visit $150 + $150 X Ray. We go to the second visit they are asking for $500 for 3 min with the Dr and X Ray. They ended up charging us $300 after we told them about the price they gave us to the prior visit, paid cash. The 3rd visit 3 min with the Dr + X Ray $300 paid right away Amex. The last visit we canceled 24h before because we had to call 3 times to get a price for the cast removal and they couldn’t give us a price. They promised to txt the Dr to find out the price and call us back. They never did so we canceled and we went to a Dr covered by our insurance. We just got another bill for the last visit of 3 min being billed as a 25 min with the Dr and X Ray so they are telling us we owe them $210 on top of the $300 we already paid. How ridiculous? We have receipts for all this of course.You will not find more unprofessional people than some of the people at the front desk here.

The staff at NY Orthopedics is great. Dr Bedford is the best. My knee surgery is coming along very well and he did a fantastic job.

Excellent group of physicians! Extremely satisfied with my surgical experience.
