She channels all her energy into offering an incredible array of vision therapy services to anyone seeking her help, and it shows at every appointment and yields helpful results. In addition, the supporting team at her office is kind, organized, wonderful and dedicated. They have an unmatched level of dedication to helping their patients. Generally speaking, I don't write reviews. Just too lazy. However, Dr. Slotnick is such a wonderful and caring doctor, I just had to share. She has such a wonderful way about her. She was referred to me by a patient of Dr. Slotnick and she is also an Occupational Therapist for Elementary school. She evaluated my son and suggested Vision Therapy. Dr. Slotnick is so patient, so engaged, and so thorough. Her office team is proficient and takes care of everything as it relates to insurance. The office is extremely organized and they are just wonderful. On top of all that, my son can see better, read better, and write better. Now he has confidence too!! Thank you Dr. Slotnick. Highly recommend. You will not be disappointed.

Overall great experience! Would recommend highly to anyone. Always answers any questions I have promptly. Have been seeing Dr.Slotnick for a little over a year and when I go for glasses people are amazed at how much my power has been lowered.

Dr. skolnick should not be working with children! She has no patience with them, cannot handle when they confuse marker pen caps (for example if the blue cap goes on the black pen she has a freak out), and the way she speaks to people is just plain degrading. I am horrified by her practice and the only thing they’re concerned about is getting your credit card information. Please avoid this doctor at all cost.

I was not a patient of Dr. Slotnick but that is what made my experience with her and the office staff that much more amazing. I walked in her office to inquire about scheduling for BEMER therapy and she spent her time to search and send me a number of emails as to how this relates to my concerns. She has shown herself to be a true educator, advocate, and someone willing to think outside the box. Qualties so essential for someone in the healthcare field. I would not hesitate to recommend her.

I am in awe of Dr. Slotnick! Truly, I am! She sat with me thru almost an entire one-on-one session drawing out of me things that I never even realized were creating stress in my life. She was able to soften each 'stressor' with a kind, uplifting, reinforcing reason why things were working against me in a non-judgmental way. At the same time she was able to offer solutions to deal with the issues so that my mind and body would be at ease. This is as honest a holistic approach to eye & health care as one could expect! Imagine!...going to an eye doctor to treat my anxiety issues! Hellloooo... I had an awesome turn around with a family member after a few encouraging words from the good doctor and the results are leading to a healthier outlook not only for me but for other members of my family as well. She even brought in the possibility of working with a specialist in family counseling...all for the sake of the patient! Thank you, Dr. Slotnick...and thank you once again! I look forward to continuing my personal growth & progress with you. You are definitely backing up your claims of practicing holistic methods based on your success rate. God bless you!

I took my son to see Dr. Slotnick because we needed a comprehensive, written evaluation for school. We came from out-of-state as I'd heard great things about Dr. Slotnick. Before traveling to her office, we did a consult with her, so we already felt like we knew her and had mutual expectations and clearly set goals for the testing. What struck me right away, just during the consult, is that Dr. Slotnick genuinely cares about her patients. She works well with both parents and children, and she connects in a personable way, which is so refreshing. During both the consult and testing appointments, I was impressed with her knowledge, state-of-the-art equipment, and very friendly team-oriented office. My son felt comfortable with her and even though he has found vision therapy very challenging in the past, he expressed interest in working with Dr. Slotnick in the future, which is nothing short of amazing. Because we were coming from out-of-state, Dr. Slotnick scheduled the day so we could do all the testing during one visit. When we received her evaluation, it was well written, produced quickly, and very thorough while also being succinct. The evaluation also included carefully gathered, easy-to-understand data, charts and graphs that anyone in a school setting could understand. I can't yet comment on the vision therapy (VT) services, but I hope to return with my son for that sometime soon, and will post another review at that time. If I could give her 10 stars I would.

Dr Slotnick & staff have been kind, caring & supportive. Most significantly, she pinpointed obtuse weaknesses with my son’s vision & helped him strengthen those deficits, which spilled over into motor coordination and self-esteem development. We are so pleased with the progress!

Dr. Slotnick's skill, professionalism, and patience were instrumental in improving my eyesight more than I dared hope possible. She is indomitable, refusing to settle for less than her superb training and broad experience tell her is within her grasp. She is also a lovely person and has a great sense of humor. There is no one quite like her.
