I started going to Scarsdale Health and Wellness about two months ago for various health issues including hormonal acne. I didn’t want to go back on acne medications that have many side effects and I’m so glad I went the holistic route. So far it’s been a great experience working with Chris. He put me on supplements and is guiding me through diet changes which is teaching me a lot about food and how my body reacts to it. I started to see results quickly and other minor health issues I had (like stomach pains) have gone away. He is very open to all my questions and going over all the details about the plan he set to help me long-term. I like that it’s a long term plan that ultimately will lead to me staying healthy through my food. And Magaly is very kind and helpful and answers all my questions as well. Overall it’s been a great experience with results and and I highly recommend him!

I tried everything to heal a muscle issue in my leg. I could not walk for months. SH&W changed everything and after several treatments I am healed! Chris is a knowledgable miracle worker. Amazing! Cured!

I have been coming for a few years, as I have a serious chronic lumbar vertebrae problem which causes sciatica. I also have arthritis. I don't remember the last time I was in pain - Dr. Chris is terrific! He has helped to increase my immune system, my energy and I am able to do everything without pain -- even Zumba! He is very gentle and listens to me describe whatever is going on with my body. I know I still have the problems, but I really don't have any pain -- I have my life back. I feel what I do now is mostly preventative. I am so grateful. Several M.D. specialists at different hospitals told me I needed back surgery and they also prescribed heavy doses of pain killers -- I am lucky to have found acupuncture. I didn't want to go that route, but I was in such pain. But fortunately I was lucky and I never had surgery and take absolutely no pain killers. So grateful to have found Dr. Chris!

Christian is an amazing acupuncturist. I have seen him over the years for a number of problems from knee injuries to hypothyroidism and stress. I reccommend him to everyone I know and have become the biggest spokesperson for acupuncture because of the amazing experience I have had! You will not be disappointed- from flexible scheduling, a friendly, stress-free office and his impressive ability to focus on you and make you feel like you have his full attention through everything, I most definitely highly suggest giving his offuce a csll.

Usually the wait time is less than 5 minutes to see Chris. One time I had to wait a little longer and I joined the other patients in a round of gratitude and amazing healing stories about Chris. One woman had spent the weekend in the hospital with Vertigo, Chris halted the vertigo with one treatment. All of us shared stories how his treatments healed physical injuries, how restful we feel during the sessions, and how much Chris cares about his patients.

I have been working with chris distefano for four years, this man has changed my life I am able to walk again thanks to his acupuncture treatments and wear any type of shoe I choose, he also helped me lose 60 pounds and I've kept it off now for three years, it was my very first experience with Acupuncture, oh yes also he stopped me smoking cigarettes, all I can say is I believe in acupuncture, and I believe in chris distefano. Their office is pleasant the people that work there always have a smile for you I never have to wait, I have nothing bad to say about this wonderful place!

I think that Lifesavers should make a new flavor and name it Chris! He is just amazing at listening and making you well again.I went because I could not walk stairs and my knees hurt. Chris looked at me and said he could get me better very quickly in less than 4 visits!! After my first visit I was able to do stairs and the following day I was on my feet all day and was able to withstand it. He is a miracle worker!
