Incredible. In 1 visit, Christian got rid of 80% of my tension headaches that bothered me for 3 months. Within 24 hours I realized I significantly less headaches, and within 48 hours, very rarely. I couldn't be happier.

I have been to many acupuncturists in my life but I have never worked with a practitioner like Christian DiStefano. His approach is noticeably different and really works for me. Informed by Eastern philosophies as you’d expect, he also brings a modern and pragmatic angle which really resonates and inspires. Our sessions unite traditional dry needling acupuncture with practical and spiritual coaching that aims to improve my life outside the treatment room in a way that no one else I’ve seen has done. Chris has an intuition about my physical and personal challenges and he has a way of treating them both in the same visit.

What a great relief, I had trigger finger and someone recommended acupuncture. I was a bit skeptical but like I said "I had trigger finger" One visit with Christian DiStefano and my finger stopped locking up and the pain is gone. I highly recommend Dr. DiStefano if you are suffering. Thanks Doc

I pulled a muscle in my back and was in pain for three weeks. Chris was able to fix it in less that 20 minutes. I left his office pain free. He is very knowledgeable and has a passion for helping people. He is a true gem!

My daughter sprained her wrist tumbling in cheerleading and after one twently minute session with Christian she felt no pain. Although the pain came back when she tumbled for cheer, she went again for a second session, and then it got much better quickly. He recommended CBD cream before and after she tumbled and also recommended a vitamin to help repair the ligament quicker. I would highly recommend Scarsdale Health and Wellness!

Very pleased with my experience with Chris! Since my accident 5 going on 6 years ago I've been dealing with intense pain in my back, I've tried everything physical therapy continues stretching, and acupuncture (elsewhere) but I still had no relief from the aches & pain, and quite honestly I was beginning to feel hopeless like I would just have to deal with this pain for the rest of my life, but then I was recommended to Scarsdale Health, and figured why not just give it another try. So thankful I did because I have more mobility and a have felt a great relief of the pain from the the very first visit and now enjoy coming routinely.

Magaly is amazing! She helped me get started and discussed payment. Chris is AMAZING! I saw him on 10/29 and that's the last time I took a pain pill! He was informative and empathetic. He explained about the muscles in my neck. I went back on 11/5 and I FEEL GREAT!

I had been dealing with debilitating neck and arm pain for 5 days non stop. Dr Christian made more progress in both of the 30 minute sessions I had, than any of the other 3 doctors I’d seen before. He is a miracle worker!

Chris is a one in a million acupuncturist. I had back surgery followed by a brain tumor and if not for his help I dont know where I would be. My brother who injured his shoulder 10 years ago went to him one and on his first visit was able to release his shoulder and fix him up. He is truly outstanding and if reading this, thank you Chris.
