Horrible terrible and sad! I tried to make an appointment and everything was all set for the next day..then I receive a call back in 10 minutes from the snotty and condescending receptionist who claimed that they cannot take take me and I'll have to wait 3 months for the next available slot for a physical! She claims it's due to too many physicals on that day . I already confirmed with my insurance company that I could be seen. 3 months is totally unacceptable and disrespectful and rude! To make it worse Natasha the lovely receptionist hung up on me. Try another Dr ! Don't even call unless you want to be abused and lied to. Such a disgrace!

Staff at the desk is rude. I made an appointment online for an annual check up. When I got there I was told I wasn't suppose to make that appointment online. Another time I fell and called for an appointment. I was told she cant help me and go to the ER. The last time I went, she put the wrong code for a Vitamin D blood test. It cost me $241 with Quest. I have contacted the office numerous times requesting they resubmit the charge with the correct code. It was never corrected

Awful experience with this office. I am searching for a new primary doctor and wanted to touch base with the doctor but could only get an appointment for a holiday week, so I made a virtual appointment to see the doctor because I am out of town. The office called me two days after I made the appointment and basically said the doctor will not see me virtually and acted like I did something wrong by using that function. I was treated very rudely by the person that called from the office. I did not expect to be treated like I did something wrong or turned away by a potential new doctor's office. Very disappointed, especially because the reviews were so good.

Dr. Campanile is great. I couldn't say anything wrong about her. However, her staff is unfriendly at best and impatient as if they are the ones needing medical services.
