I can't say enough positive things about Dr. Borinos and Karen. They were wonderful from beginning to end. Details of my experience are below:Procedure - Root canal (for both myself and my husband)Setting - The office is clean, comfortable, and inviting. All staff and patients adhered to COVID guidelines, and hand sanitizer was provided at the desk. Note that there is a parking lot but it serves all of the suites in the building so sometimes it can take a bit to find a spot. Be sure to arrive a little early just in case.Service - Dr. Borinos did a great job with both of our procedures. Karen assisted with scheduling our appointments and handling any questions or issues we had, and I can honestly say that her customer service is next level. There should be an award for what she does - seriously.

A great experience overall. The office is a welcoming place.Karen, the receptionist is warm and knowledgeable, attentive to patient's insurance paperwork and helpful with operative procedures.My periodontist recommended a consultation with Dr. Borinos for a root canal. She explained the procedure thoroughly and made me feel very comfortable. My root canal was done in two parts.She was gentle and I experienced no pain.Before you leave the office, Karen gives you a pain reliever and reminds you of when to take them. You can be sure they call to follow upon how you feel. Very much appreciated!

My experience began with the delightful Karen. She was so amazing at getting me an appointment and processing my paperwork. She made me feel comfortable from our initial conversation on the phone to in person contact. I was then greeted by Julia who took my x-rays. Again, a pleasurable encounter with courtesy and respect. Finally, the wonderful Dr. Borinos who performed a root canal. I informed Dr. Borinos, of my fear of needles and anything to do with dentistry. You was empathetic and assured me that I would be fine. She walked me through the numbing process and allowed for it to take effect. She then revisited the areas to ensure that I was fully numb. Dr. Borinos took her time and ensured that the job was done with no pain to me. I highly recommend this office, they have the full package. It all starts with customer service and customer care. They have it down pack! Dr. Borinos really takes pride in her work and its evident as she assures that an additional x-ray is taken once the job is complete. Totally satisfied, this coming from a man who had 100% fear going in.

Hands of an angel. I am a teacher. I was born to teach early childhood. Dr. Tatiana Borinos is an endodontist. She was put on this earth to do root canals. I have had root canals before. She is by far the best. I felt no pain during the procedure. She has the hands of an angel.

I would rate Dr. Borinos and her staff 10 stars if I could. The office was lovely and clean. Every staff member was kind, professional, and informative. I had Dr. Borinos do a root canal. The procedure went wonderfully. Dr. Borinos did an excellent job, ensured I was in no pain, and explain the details of my tooth and procedure well. Upon leaving, I was offered Tylenol or Motrin to take then and there so that I would not feel any pain. The receptionist wrote the time I took the Motrin on my follow up papers so that I knew when to take another dose if needed. The day after my visit, I received a phone call from the office to check in on how I was feeling. I will definitely return to this office if I need any other procedures done.

Dr Borinos is excellent. I had a severely inflamed tooth requiring root canal. She was patient. She made sure I was completely numb. I hate needles and Dr. Borinos handled me so well. The procedure was thorough and painless. I highly recommend her. Her office staff are polite and caring. Karen explained everything clearly.

People were saying omggggee a root canal. That's so painful and complicated. Dr. Borinos made it feel like a regular dentist visit. Very personable and friendly office. Great work.

Although Dr. Borinos was gentle, kind and most accommodating to me. Although her staff was friendly and professional, I can’t recommend her services because, even with insurance, I was required to leave a copay of $500! Never have I ever had a copay so high. $500! I’m retired and this amount shook me like a tornado. Dr. Borinos is price gouging personified.
