I am so sad to say that after being a patient of Dr Barach since 2009, and having 2 surgeries and spending over 16K there, they have totally shocked me over a deposit i gave them for what would have been a 3rd surgery that would have cost $6300. If they had called me and told me they would have made the $6300 instead of the deposit since i would have went ahead with the surgery before he left. it seems so pety they would keep my money. After texting his wife Irene who would act like my best friend when i was in the office, she said it was none refundable, however how was I to know i couldnt go back and do my eye surgery? Very sad that you need to keep someones money instead of leaving this area on a good note, to go to your house in south carolina. i doubt you need the money, this is just greedy of you!! Disgusting.

I saw Dr Barach for a consultation. He was abrasive, arrogant and completely non-reassuring. He said things like “if I decide to take your case” and “I can’t make any promises...” So what was the point of my consultation at all? He charged me $100 to make me question myself, and not in a good way. Worst of all, he left me feeling nothing but absolute hopelessness. He also refused to give me a financial quote because I believe he had no intention on actually taking my case. Honestly, I do not believe he is qualified. So Bruce, maybe it’s time to retire instead of swindling people like me out of their money. This doctor has a horrible bedside manner and is not worth the time and definitely not worth the 100 bucks for the 13 minutes of his apathetic arrogance. I’d give him 0 stars if that was an option.

I would highly recommend Dr. Barach for any and all cosmetic procedures. I am particularly guarded and require a trusting relationship. He is clearly experienced and ethical. His staff are unbelievably kind and supportive as well. I’ve had Botox and juvederm injections for years and I am always pleased with the results. I’ve also had surgical procedures that went remarkably smooth and yielded a great result. I don’t usually take the time to write a review, but I know it’s important to others who are considering working with a plastic surgeon . I feel fortunate to know and work with Dr Barach regarding those ‘tweeks’ we all want to improve our appearance and defy aging. If you are unsure, make an appointment for a consultation and get to know him. You’ll be happy you did

Dr. Barach is wonderful as well as his office staff - so friendly! I am so happy with my results only wish I would have committed to having the procedure done sooner!

Dr.Barach is ok. A little fickle and will have you come in for several follow ups if you have good insurance. The current receptionist is a nightmare. She’s constantly talking over you and at you. She doesn’t listen very well at all. I hope the other receptionist comes back as she was much more pleasant and a delight to speak too.

Dr. Barach and his entire team are truly amazing. The professionalism and care that they give you is so comforting. My results are awesome and exactly what I was hoping for!

From the consultation, surgery, and a call for information 20 years later, this office is still amazing to work with. Incredibly happy with how everything worked out. Highly recommend!!
