I was violated at this office when it was near Ellis Hospital. I went in to get my IUD removed and the strings were not showing. I was writhing in pain through the procedure of trying to get it out and the tech SHAMED me for it. She got frustrated and told me “when you’re ready to get it out you can come back.” I asked if there was another way such as anesthesia and she said that would be a waste of resources. The only reason this place is getting 2 stars is Danielle Rooney called me after this and okayed me having it taken out while under. Guess it wasn’t a waste of resources after all. I wish I could tell that tech or whoever it was at the appointment how much she has harmed my well being. It’s taken me YEARS to cope through this experience and I still suffer greatly today.

She is one of the best doctors I have ever visited and by far the best doctor I am currently seeing. She is knowledgeable, patient, and caring.

Dr Rooney is very kind and listens. She clearly took the time to review my chart before she met me, because she referenced something from my past history I didnt mention to her. She did a great job on my c section. I give her 5 stars, but the practice 4 because I didnt really care for the midwives.

Dr. Rooney was sensitive to my needs (eating disorder recovery) and willing to give me options and be the CEO of my healthcare. She did a very thorough evaluation and history. Her nurse was very nice as well. The office is not the most beautiful, but the staff have been top notch and very helpful so far.

Dr. Rooney is kind, compassionate and thorough. She takes the time to listen and has a wonderful manner. She also takes the time to explain every test and it’s purpose.
