List of Esther Moon's Reviews
For someone who was listed as a menopause specialist, she seems to feel the issues it can create are insignificant and is not up to date on treatment. I feel like I have to fight to get the bare minimum. I honestly don't think she remembers me or what my problems are. She gave me the fastest vaginal exam I've ever had (I don't mean that in a good way) and barely looked externally. I had to ask her how certain things looked.

I love Dr. Moon. She is very down to earth and easy to talk to. She's straightforward, and sympathetic when necessary. Grateful to have her support during a dificult pregnancy.
Dr. Moon seems competent but in my experience she's always in a hurry to finish up and get out of there. She doesn't sit and patiently take your questions, and she doesn't explain fully what's going on. During two different appointments she's left briskly and I realized I had more questions and had to tap on her office door to ask them.
I saw Dr. Moon in 2008, and she has been the rudest doctor I've seen in the past 10 years. She told me that my ovaries looked like that of a sixty year old woman when I was only 23 years old. This is unacceptable bedside manner for a doctor dealing with something this sensitive. I sat in her exam room and cried as she just looked at me. Absolutely unacceptable. Go do yourself a favor and find another doctor who is more kind and caring than Dr. Moon.
I went to Dr. Moon because I heard she is great with teens/young women and I completely agree. It was my first time seeing a gynecologist, but she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. She seems to be very confident and has a no-nonsense attitude (which I've noticed can be viewed as rudeness) but I don't think that her demeanor is negative in any way. I'm glad to have found her and I plan on continuing to see her.
This doctor is rude. One important thing you should know about this practice is this....they reschedule routine gyn appointments on a regular basis to put in other patients such as a new surgical consult, someone with a problem where they can't find a spot for etc. They figure the routine patients can wait. I know this because my cousin worked there and she had to reschedule a lot of these patients. Not sure if the doctors are aware that this goes on on a daily basis as they give full reign to their horrible practice manager Paula Grossi. This is one practice that is poorly run and employees are mistreated and bullied by the so called managers. Stay away!!!!
Love Dr. Moon
Dr. Moon is an excellent OB/GYN. I would recommend her highly to anyone!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
