Staff is untrained to take calls, offer no information, and are generally unkind. Often times, this happens because they are treated badly by their superiors. Read my experience, and you decide: I called today to make an appointment as a new patient. I was asked about my insurance, and I let the woman know I was fetching my card to share the info. While taking 30 seconds to get the card I was explaining why I had not had an established care previously and was told, “I just need your insurance information.” I apologized and stated I was just making conversation until I get my card. After that, I was asked to be put on hold. After a minute or so she came back and told me that she would have to refer me to a medical center. I expressed my dismay and asked for reasons why. She shared that it was my age that was the issue. Without even being seen or looking at my medical history. She did not offer any further information as to why, she did not give me another number to call, she could not at least even offer a kind word. I asked for her name at the end of the convo, she went quiet, then whispered, “I told her and she is not hanging up” then hung up on me. When I called back and spoke with Larissa, she said she did not previously speak to me or was aware of the situation. Dave shared that there are a few people answering phones, so I asked her to ask the team who I spoke to. After holding, Larissa stated she did not know who spoke to me. I asked for the office manager and was told she would not speak to me as I was not a patient. So I asked if non patients have an issue, what should they do? Larissa said that non patient issues are not their problem. She refused to even give the name of the office manager. I asked her to take my name and number and I had repeated my number four times and asked her to confirm, and she repeated a bunch of wrong numbers to me and it was obvious that she was not going to bother.

Regarding the doctor. I do not believe there is such a thing as enough stars. She saved my daughter by performing an emergency C-section many years ago and found my breast Cancer tumor during a routine annual visit. I would say she is doing very well for my family. Staff however is often rude and hard to deal with! Called to have script called in for mammogram and was hung up on today. I believe there ...

I FOUND THE OBGYN THAT LISTENED! I had seen so many others before Dr. Mondragon for severe pain and other things that was just getting worse. None of them took my symptoms seriously. One or two would say it sounds like endometriosis but that if it was they couldn’t do anything so it didn’t matter. My laparoscopy was scheduled within 2 sessions of seeing her because she listened. Guess what? It was endometriosis! I’m about 2.5 years post op, and still see her and she’s amazing. Unfortunately I’m still having issues but she listens, discusses options with me, and is very patient and kind. And also has a good sense of humor and personality overall to try to keep my spirits up. I can’t say yet (although hopefully some day) how she is on the OB side, but for anyone who thinks they may have endo and can’t get other docs to listen, GO SEE DR. MONDRAGON ASAP!

I am a veteran who has had previous bad experiences with my other OB/GYN. I was referred to Dr. Mondragon by someone who has been a patient of hers for 20 years. I am so glad I switched. Dr. Mondragon met with me before and after the examination, answered all of my questions patiently, and her 50 years of experience was very evident as I was interacting with her. She was compassionate and empathetic, and her staff was professional, courteous and efficient. I wholeheartedly encourage anyone, especially those with previous bad experiences, to give her a chance.

I was recommended to seek services thru this facility after an emotional and devastating appointment with another facility. I am happy to say I'm glad I listened! This place and its staff have all been so welcoming and professional. They do want to help their consumers, and that's very important in seeking services from professionals for me!

I had been referred by someone who has been seeing Dr. Mondragon for 20 years. I had a negative experience with my last OB/GYN and decided to take a chance and switch. I can't express the amazing contrast between my previous experiences and this one. I was treated with the utmost courtesy, patience, respect and compassion by Dr. Mondragon and her staff. The doctor met with me before and after the procedure, answered all of my questions, and had a sense of humor that put me at ease. I am so thankful that I switched from my old OB/GYN. Also, I am a veteran, if that helps anyone. I would recommend her to anyone, especially those who have had previous bad experiences.

I recently visited Dr. Fe Mondragon, MD and had such a pleasant experience, which is unusual for me when going to some doctor appointments. She really is not a caring person. Not focused on patient care or patient concerns. Didn’t want to listen to my concerns or answer my questions. If I could rate less than a 1 star, I would. I recommend Dr. Gerardi, another physician in the practice although he doesn’t deliver any longer, so if you need someone he’s top notch.

I have gone to Fe for over 35 years and she is an excellent doctor and a compassionate human being. Can't say enough good things about her.

Clinical is separate from consultation. She and her staff are knowledgeable and personable.
