We have been going to Dr. Longo for over 40 years. Would never even think of switching. He and his partner Dr. Strickler are compassionate,caring and totally know there job. They explain every thing so you understand what to expect. They are a great team. I would totally recommend them to anyone.

Dr. Longo is the best doctor I've ever had of any specialty. He is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and patient. I met him on an emergency visit when I tore my cornea while working in my garden. That accident was years ago. Now, Dr. Longo is watching my eyesight very carefully. I have a few complex issues occurring, and he always explains the "what-ifs" in case a problem worsens. Everyone I came i contact with was kind and professionaal. My apt. Was for 9am, i got there 20 mi . early, got right in and was in my car on the way home by 9`23. How can it be better?

Great. The man knows his business. I found the office to be friendly and courteous. Dr Lingi is a great guy. Not just a Dr an surgeon but a real human being. Most Drs are stuffed shirts and foul care less about there patients. Not Dr Longo. If y ask he will answer your questions.

Dr. Longo is good; patient in explaining your condition and answering your clarifications. Unfortunately, the entire office staff, including the receptionists, assistants are very very unprofessional. Not friendly, no patience and very rude, like they are doing you a favor. And the excrutiatingly painful long period that I was there (2hours!), they gave no updates, walked in on the doctor while he was examining and were abrupt. I would not recommend this place because of staff, not the doctor.

Receptionist who answers the phone is beyond rude. She accuses you of arguing with her when you pose a question. She NEVER returns a call as she states she will. Office is like an assembly line. No personalization by dr. You see him for 3 -5 minutes tops. Has paraprofessionals do the rest. Do not even consider asking to be rescheduled an appt., even though they leave a message on your phone instructing you to call, if you need to. If you to, (even 48hrs b4), it is considered a no show.
