All past reviews about the wait times and inconsiderate customer care are spot on. We”ve had the same experience repeatedly for several years. The last straw was making my elderly mother wait two hours before she got disgusted and rescheduled. Then when she showed up for the rescheduled appointment, they had no record of it and not the least bit of concern for the matter.

They leave you wait and wait and wait... while they chat next door. As you have a time schedule people do! Please respect other people’s time

The front desk staff is rude! Every time we go we have to wait in the waiting room for over an hour! Then we get brought in the room and still have to wait. Poor customer service and my family will be seeking another office for next year visit!

If I could rate this place a minus 2 I would. A 1 is too good for them. They were recommended by Ellis Hospital after an emergency room visit. The first appointment I sat in the doctor's chair, not the waiting room, but the examining room for over 45 minutes before the doctor came in. OK things happen. They got grace that time. They scheduled a followup appointment for me. It was today at 11:00. I work over an hour away. I drove all the way out there to be told the doctor wasn't in and my appointment was at 2:00 pm. I had the appointment card with me. It was for 11:00 am. No notification, no nothing. Just a complete waste of my time, twice! So unprofessional. I wouldn't go back to this place is my eyeballs were literally falling out of my head. Be warned people. Find another eye doctor.

Thorough assessment of corneal dystrophy before deciding to perform cataract surgeries. Excellent, personable surgeon very willing to answer questions;, Both cataract surgeries went beautifully. Very pleased to have a corneal specialist in the Schenectady area.

Dr. Kennendy was rude as hell. Impatient and unprofessional. Maybe it is time for him to retire.

I've been going here since I was three years old. These are caring and excellent Doctors who always take their time with the patient (probably the reason for a small wait, if any) They know me here , which is comforting. They also go out of their way , I am sure, to make the "New Patient" feel comfortable! Five Stars. Excellent and Experienced Doctors , thorough exams and nice people.

I see DR. Erica Archier she is a nuro optomolgiest. I have a rare condition that not many seem to understand or know how to treat. She is a specialist who is familiar with this condition and has treated many like my self. I have never met a DR in general as dedicated as she is. She has showed interest in my recovery and has helped me through a though time and helped me understand my condition more than ever. I am in remission at the moment with her help and effort in trying to save my sight. The office Staff are friendly and I have gotten to know them and they are very nice a bubbly bunch every time I come in. This is by far the best doctors office I have been to in the Schenectady area. I give it 5 stars because they are professional and are amazing I would recommend this place and DR Archier any day!
