I went to the Stratton VA with severe pain and a temperature. Dr Crisafulli was the attending in the ED at the time and took care of me. There's not enough room in this block to explain or let you know about the care that this doctor and her staff offered me. Most of the time veterans just come in to the VA to get their shots or blood work done but let me tell you I'm not a hypochondriac and I don't like wasting the hospital and the doctors time but it sure is great to know that when you truly are sick and need care there are doctors like her on staff. While I was there I watched as she multitasked and took care of other patients while she was waiting for lab results. When mine came in I had Lyme disease and some other contributing problems but she was there with the answers and the meds to take care of me. Truly a experience that I really don't want to go through again.
