"Dr. Mike" is great!! He's Board Certified (not every orthodontist is, I found out!), he's intelligent, very dedicated to his patients and their well-being, and is willing to go the extra mile! He even teaches at UCONN to residents on his days off. He always runs on time & doesn't like to keep anyone waiting. He does phenomenal work, too. He treats kids & adults; & I know some of his patients are special needs children. His office is very high tech and so clean, you could eat off the floor! :) The staff is never cranky or rushed, they treat everyone with respect and never get frustrated (at least they don't show it, if they do!). They're all really helpful, too. They help you with insurance and even call you at home to ask how it's going, unlike a lot of offices who really don't care. They even have a token system for the kids to earn prizes, they have kids movies playing all day, & have Gameboys & stuff for the kids to play with. I've HIGHLY recommended him to a lot of friends/family.
