They took all the lab tests and no treatment at all on both of our visits. Luckily we went to Saratoga Hospital in the same day, they diagnosed, and treated well. Thank god we are so happy we went to Saratoga Hospital.

I have been waiting in this waiting room for a crippling amount of time waiting to be seen while my body cannot regulate is temperature and I have all I can do to sit up on my own. I would like to know where they draw that line for actual emergencies that have to get in ASAP. I feel as though I am not being taken seriously with my illness.

This is the most unprofessional place.My father in law was sick and they kept him for hours and then they say they can’t do more. This hospital needs closing. Ridiculous place. They are there to help not kill u.

I dont think Ive meet a more unprofessional staff in my life the will take ur call button then go hide somewhere if u want to be in pain the whole time then go here doctors were on the up and up but for the rest go anywhere else

they are very rude at this hospital. the workers at the front desk are rude to the sick patients. they are very unprofessional!

Just arrived to the hospital to see my dad. Between yesterday and today they changed the visiting hours from 10am to noon. Now I have to wait in the parking lot to go and see him. A little prior notice or some kind of communication would be much appreciated.

Ellis hospital have earned their poor reputation in this area as we found out. Their inability to communicate at any level left my wife, who is in hopsice care, in the middle of their incompetence. Ellis refused to respond to me, our hopsice nurse or even their own peers in the medical community leaving my wife writhing in pain and vomiting without end. They routinely lied and when confronted with facts would hang up or cease to respond. My wife was left without comfort meds for weeks at a time and refills went ignored on every level. Evidently Ellis forgot they signed the hopsice order and wondered why my wife was on so many medications and tried to bully her into a pain management clinic even though she is bed ridden. If you are in need of medical attention I urge you to seek care anywhere else but here. If you are looking for an opprotunity to sue someone this is definitely your destination! I'm not sure how anyone that works here sleeps at night and I hope the same treatment they give others will be brought upon them one day.
