MENTAL ILLNESS IS A TOUGH DISEASE..HE ORDERS BLOODWORK PROMPTLY IF YOU ARE TELLING HIM YOU FEEL UNWELL. HE GETS YOU ON THE RIGHT MEDS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AS WELL.IF SUICIDAL AND REQUIRE HOSPITALIZATION HE HAS NO QUALMS IN ORDERING THAT.A TRULY DECENT HUMAN BEING.

Dr Olkowski has changed my life. I suffered for so many years and tried so many different types of drugs I felt it was hopeless. It’s been 4 years of living a life where I no longer have to go into the hospital and my episodes are at bay. He genuinely cares about his patients. He is one doctor that I consider a miracle worker and I’m so so blessed to be able to have him as my doctor. I have no clue where or how i would be without him. Thank you for all you do Dr Olkowski! ??

Beyond amazing doctor who has saved my life. Not one of the 8 doctors before could get my meds right or properly diagnose me. Dr O is a miracle worker. I’m so lucky to have found him. Best Dr there is.

Dr Olkowski has changed my life. I suffered for so many years and tried so many different types of drugs I felt it was hopeless. I had been in and out of the hospital and never had one doctor actually ‘get’ me or come up with a true plan that actually worked. It’s been 4 years of living a life where I no longer have to go into the hospital and my episodes are at bay. He’s been not only an amazing doctor, he’s my friend. He genuinely cares about his patients. I can say on my life that if it wasn’t for him, I would be dead by now at the hands of myself. He is one doctor that I consider a miracle worker and I’m so so blessed to be able to have him as my doctor. I have no clue where or how i would be without him. If only there were gentlemen like him back when I was diagnosed in 1983. I had a fine doctor, but he retired. DR. O, you are so special you should be happy every day for the rest of your life. God Bless, sir.

Dr. O is a kind, dedicated Doctor, just remember as everyone in the clinic is, they all work for ELLIS Hospital, so read up on the mental ward to see how things are connected between both places. Dr. O is one of the best, and when he retires I shall sorely miss him.

Prescribed wrong med and dosage, patient was hospitalized. A nurse found the error and Dr. O denied it, even though it was in his notes.

Our daughter has been under Dr. Olkowski's care for nearly 20 years. Originally, she had been treated by 4 other Psychiatrists, none who were successful in helping with her condition. Dr. Olkowski is the person who correctly diagnosed her, removed her from the harmful medications that had been ordered by others, gave her the proper medications, and worked with her and her therapists to obtain her success. She graduated the program, lived on her own for over ten years, and has even managed to successfully accept her cancer, which placed her permanently in a wheelchair. This man recognizes the importance of working with a patient's family, as well as her many other doctors, and has been trusted by our child throughout the entire time he has treated her. We cannot give him enough accolades for all that he has done to help our daughter attain success and live successfully with her mental illness, which has been under control now for many years. Our 37-year old daughter is now in a nursing home due to a stroke last year, but she still travels from more than 90 minutes away just to continue under his care. That proves her trust in her Psychiatrist, Dr. Olkowski
