List of Scott J. Pickett's Reviews
Podiatrist must be what you do when you can't pass Med school. Went to another one and she did the same thing. No X-ray nor MRI just a guess as to my issue. Turns out I need surgery. All the cortisone shots in the world was not going to heal me. Suggested Voltran but I am on blood thinner. Cut myself and took 40 minutes to stop bleeding. When I called to get another recommendation- no call back. Receptionist acts like she is doing you a favor by "helping" you. Nice guy but it you have serious foot issues go to an orthopedic surgeon.
I was a "new" patient and at no time did Dr. Pickett come in to introduce himself to me or examine me. I was seen by a Resident who, in my opinion, was not experienced and my 'exam' was a joke. I need to also mention that the receptionist is rude and the paperwork that is required to fill out is not patient friendly at all. There is an undertone that everyone who comes to this office is a deadbeat and the verbiage is extremely unfriendly. I would not recommend this doctor and I will not be going back. The fact that my insurance company was charged for a 1 minute visit with a resident is really abhorrent.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
