Best service and this is probably my favorite pair of glasses, EVER.
Very polite and nice
Best eye care! Have been a patient over a year now. Best eye exam. My prescription was spot on. I've had difficulty with progressive lenses in the past but not here. Great staff. They helped me pick out glasses I was very happy with. I'm not easy on glasses but mine have held up wonderfully. And it's a pleasant office to go to. I highly recommend this practice. I'm in the medical field myself and have been to so many other offices that don't treat you as well
Great practice! Dr. Pereira is very thorough and his office staff are beyond helpful and professional!
EXCELLENT! He is patient, gentle and explains all procedures PLUS answered my questions
I am satisfied with the way they handled my frames. I got them around 6 months ago and they suddenly break while i was putting them on after shower. Went to them (called too many times but noone answered so i directly went to the office as my eyesight is quite bad.), They checked my name and gave me the same model new glasses in minutes. Thanks so much. Unfortunately, the way they prepared my lenses were horrible. I could never use them and they always gave me a headache. Even after changing them, they were still unusable so i had to go back to using my old glasses.
My new reading glasses are not even 3 month old . I noticed a bit of a stain on the lense but I didn’t make an issue . Last night the right arm of new reading glasses broke. I went to drop them and they were fixed in an hour. When I came to pick them up the receptionist was so kind stood by the door entrance -you have to park your car call them to open the door . As i got my glasses case back at the front door I thanked the receptionist and just asked her if the lenses where checked since one of them had an issue.Well I guess the lady that sold it to me was in the office and I heard her loud voice saying to the receptionist “tell her there is NO warranty on lenses “ At that point I asked politely to speak to her and I was denied .I looked at the receptionist and she knew it was wrong not to come out to speak to me. My insurance is excellent and I called them they said it’s not right- lenses are 1 year warranty. I was so disappointed so I called them back they didn’t pick up the phone and I left a message to the dr.- I hope he is listening to my message. With this type of customer service no one will come back. I am not .
My family of 4 has come here for a few years now. Whereas my eyes are just aging, my daughter's eyes if left any longer not treated would have been drastic. We were not aware of the issue. We thought she was exaggerating her symptoms, but Dr. Pereira explained that if we waited any longer, more aggressive treatments would have been needed. He said it in a way that made me feel relieved and not a bad parent. He has been appropriately following our development and even advising specialists whereas other eye drs we saw never heard of the specialist we were referred to by Dr Pereia. That was just another "star in my book!" We had an EYE EMERGENCY (after hours): Blunt Force Trauma to the eye. We were scared. We called Urgent Care. No answer. I remembered that the message on the phone stated an after hours emergency number. We called that and HE ANSWERED right away! Not an answering service, but the Dr himself! He gave us the confidence that based on the symptoms, we were OK to wait the next day and gave us an appointment first thing (without any issues or calling another number) he did it all himself! My husband was the one with the trauma and he was accepted the next day with no issues. A very through exam was conducted, where the exact location of the trauma was identified and drops were prescribed with a follow-up in two weeks. This has not happened yet, because this was today. I can understand the comments about the glasses being more expensive. We have really good eye insurance and we still get a bit of a bill, but we have gotten glasses online (they won't give you the PD, but you can Google it and it's easy to figure out....they WILL give you the prescription so you can order) and they were noticeably not as good quality! So, we get our primary glasses there and backups (especially for the kids) online. They come with a 1 year lens warranty, which we have had honored several times. The frames have lasted much abuse from my 6 year old. CUSTOMER SERVICE: BY FAR THE BEST EVER! I did notice some turnover, but everyone we deal with is so nice and personal! We drive 30mins to get there and they know all about the special things we do when in the area and they always ask about it every trip. Personally, I would never remember that. They are well versed with our insurance. We have never had any issues and they actually are the ones educating me on what we are entitled to and if there are any issues, they contact the insurance themselves. I always end up laughing with them and they are especially great with the kids. Glasses came exactly when quoted. It is disheartening to see the negative comments. I am in the medical field with high expectations and this office BY FAR exceeded my expectations every single time! Granted our issues have not been extensive, and yes, any Dr can misdiagnose. Second opinions are always encouraged in any medical field when issues are not resolved. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND giving this office a try :-)
Visited the place since moving here and it was close to where i lived. The doctor was okay, he did a detailed exam although he was a bit too busy with his computer and some of his answers were more on the dodging side, like he didn't want to give advice. My problem is more on the eyeglass-selling personnel side. Since it was close to where i lived i tried to buy my glasses from there as well. I was charged over 200$ after insurance (i kind of get it, my eyesight is bad) but the glasses they gave me was so BAD the first time. Even though they took measurements and I showed them my old glasses they made the focus so bad that the bottom part was thicker than my finger. I went back and asked for them to change it, they did after a bit of talking since it was bad. I showed them my current glasses (for the 3rd time! To get measurements and make it accordingly) Now I got the new glasses. The thickness is better but they probably messed the focus AGAIN bc i have DOUBLE VISION AND A TERRIBLE HEADACHE RIGHT NOW. I will try to either return the glasses altogether and try somewhere else or try to make them change again. This is a nightmare for me bc I can't do without my glasses and it is heavily affecting my daily life. Update: i have been contacted and told they were going to help me with the issue. Hoping it will be resolved soon 🙏 Update2: I was told it would take 10 days for them to renew my order but it has been 3 WEEKS and they still didn't get it. They even claimed I came at a later date than i did and the order was not ready :/ i need my glasses, they are very important to me. Update 3: finally got my glasses. Here's to hoping they will work
I did a walk in to purchase a new pair of glasses and my service was great. I had all my questions answered. I was helped efficiently and I learned some new information I didn’t know. I am very happy with my purchase and all the help I received today! I would encourage everyone to come here for eye exams, glasses, etc.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
