This office has never heard of Hippa. I've been sitting in the waiting room for my grandmother and know exactly why each and every patient was here today, who they are and if and why they have or haven't gotten the covid vaccine. Then when someone says they are not getting the vaccine the receptionist says loudly "why aren't you getting the vaccine?" Get it together.

Tried to make an appointment by calling. The person who answered told me to call 911 because everyone left instead of scheduling an appointment for any available dates. Very unprofessional.

Dr. Voleti took care of my son for 5 to 6 years, my son was on dialysis and really needed the support of a caring and good doctor, Michael missed dialysis and he never called our house once to see why, if only he refused him as a patient when the good doctors discharged him Michael could of had better and doctors that listen and talk to their patients and call them up on the phone to find out why he was missing dialysis. , If I called to ask a question he would hang the phone up on me, also I could not believe that he gave Michael 90 xanax and 90 delauded I had to type a letter and tell Dr. Voleti I am not responsible for any pain medicine he gives my son.

Each time I went into Dr. Voleti's office, he patiently listened to the problem at hand, assessed the situation and offered a solution. Never once did I feel rushed, neglected, or dismissed. I've had that happen with past doctors before so that's important to me. Dr. Voleti is also good at making sure they can fit me in as soon as possible, I don't have to wait 3 weeks or longer to get an appointment.
