Being charged $550 including a new patient fee when my daughter isn’t a new patient. Posted about this on my Instagram and many are reaching out claiming the same thing happened to them too! Completely disgusted and urging everyone to NEVER come here.
Staff and doctors are very friendly and welcoming. Doctors were very knowledgeable and diagnosed my child right away and prescribed her with the right medication. In and out pretty quick as well, not a long wait at all.
I have no children and thus do not use there service, but I do pick up patients from here to transport to Stonybrook Hospital. The staff here are fantastic, providing excellent care to the kids, and do an excellent job of keeping them out of the hospital.
Extremely rude front desk, they shouldn't be working with children, especially in the urgent care where kids are sick and moms are worried, very disappointed even before we been seen, its been over 1.5 hours of waiting... so much for urgent care
I signed my son in on the portal at 3:45pm, by 7:45pm i was fed up and went home since we were not called into facility. I am aware that walk-ins are seen between scheduled appointments but 4+hours waiting in car with sick and hungry toddler is too much.
Rude, unprofessional and very unhelpful. My entire visit was horrendous. It’s scary they have these staff working with pediatrics . I will not be back ever.
I do not recommend the Selden location at all! The staff are rude and uneducated and not helpful in the slightest ! You get different stories from different staff and nobody knows what they are doing. The doctor inserted her own values and thoughts into the visit and it was very unprofessional. Then she didn’t put the orders into the computer correctly and the front end staff had the nerve to tell me I had to try and call her back to get the orders done correctly. It was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a doctors office or a walk in . They should all be ashamed of this type of care they give patients , especially pediatric patients. I will not be returning nor recommending them again.
This review has changed with recent experience. It used to be good. Had an appointment at 6:00. Since my kid was not feeling well, we went there 4:44. We finally went inside at 6:17. The word urgent care does not make sense and then walk in welcome does not make sense either. Everyone gives the excuse of pandemic, is it really so?!! If it was for, I would care less. It's for the kids and as a parent is it hard to explain why it should take that long to a kid who is feeling sick. We made out from there after 7:01.
The best place in help very fast I’m goes two time .: in love it .: I’m recommending all the parent there very nice people Great person
First time I saw the doctor bedside manner and care for my 16 month old son was superb. So I came back and this time ended up seeing the PA Elena (myself and my husband are both PAS so nothing against her being a PA) - she had poor bedside manner my son hysterically crying she’s talking over him barely making eye contact, cutting me off and in the room for a total of 2 minutes. You would think that being a PA for pediatrics you would at least smile for the child so they aren’t instantly hysterical crying. Reason this review got 3 stars was simply because of my first visit and 20 minute wait but today’s visit with the PA had be unsatisfied.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
