Michelle has a wonderful, relaxing, and soothing setting established! As a frequent client, my appointment is the highlight of my long day as I get to relax. She always make sure the client feels comfortable and if there's something that needs to be adjusted. Acupuncture has helped my Erb's Palsy - stimulating my arm to function better than before! Very thankful for Michelle!

I was so nervous to try acupuncture but anyone who's tried it has amazing things to say. Michelle was so accommodating and let my hubby sit in the room to watch. I was really anxious but Michelle was calming and explained the benefits and process as she performed the glow facial and pressure points. The gogi berry mask smells delightful so that's a must! I felt the benefits within the first 24 hours. Thank you, Michelle for a wonderful experience.

I have been going to Michelle for the past 6 months to help with my autoimmune disease after the medicine I had been on was not working and I was allergic to it. Michelle is so knowledgeable and a professional so there are no worries about any negative side effects of acupuncture. I live an hour away but drive to Seneca Falls just to see her. I'm not sure what acupuncture is like with anyone else but I've seen how many people like her and other places do not have as a great of a deal. I haven't seen significant improvements, but I have a chronic condition that has been going on my whole life and it will take a while to heal, but she has made this healing journey so much easier. She has prescribed me herbs, tries new things like moxibustion, and her main focus is to help the client. I've seen other things improve like my skin and other symptoms that disappear after I have an appointment. She is so attentive, understanding, non-judgmental, and going to acupuncture is like going to therapy. You can email her questions and ask for resources on other herbs or about TCM and she's great about responding honestly and with interest. I knew she was legit and so caring when the forms I had to submit before my first appointment were so long and detailed, way more than a "regular" doctor's office would have you fill out. Michelle just wants the best for us and I can tell that she just wants people to feel better and heal. Going to my PCP or GI always made me so stressed and it felt like I was never being heard. I tried so many medications that did nothing and they instead made things worse. With acupuncture I know that whether it works or it's placebo or it doesn't work, nothing backfires. I feel good mentally and I feel so relaxed after I leave, it's like I'm floating on a cloud. I appreciate what Michelle has done for me so far and I look forward to a future where I continue to get better and better under her care. Also, as someone with a fear of needles, I can handle an acupuncture appointment no problem, some points you don't even feel it because those needles are so so tiny.

I suffered from a bout of bursitis for the first time. Insurance company wanted me to go to PT at the tune of several hundred dollars per visit (up to 6 times before they would pay for an MRI) so I cancelled and called Michelle. After 1 visit, I left her office with zero pain. I'm approx. 8 visits in (1 x per week) and I feel great. The pain went from an 8 to a 1. Now I'm having her treat me to promote my hormone levels and digestive system. I have a standing weekly appointment. Love it.

Michelle is beyond friendly and helpful, I’ve been to a few different acupunctures and she is by far my favorite and I feel amazing! I went in with migraines, IBS and medically unexplainable stomach and rib pain and I feel the best I have in so long!

I discovered SF Acupuncture on Instagram, and was immediately intrigued! The office is inviting and Michelle was so welcoming. With this being my first acupuncture experience, I was a little nervous, but Michelle was very knowledgeable and I felt that the facial was so cathartic! I booked another appointment before I left! My skin was glowing and I was complimented shortly after in a store, saying how young I looked!
