Competent doctor, however the regimented and stifling office policy and impersonal office staff overshadows any quality care given by the doctor. The office staff will stop you on your way out of the doctors office like a hall monitor back at school to demand payment before the claim is submitted to the insurance company. The billing and office staff will intimidate you, yell and treat you unprofessionally if you refuse to pay the balance due before the claim is submitted. Logically, It is the other way around where the claim is submitted to the insurance company first and then the balance due is paid by the patient after. Not professional. Worth the visit to another office and another doctor due to this policy and level of unprofessionalism.

He does not respond to messages in portal or phone messages on a timely fashion. He is overly aggressive in treatment plans and responds inappropriately to a patient’s concerns

Crohn's has been a constant throughout my adult life. I thought I would never be able to find true relief, but Dr. Coman has given me a new outlook on life. I am very grateful and highly recommend LIDDC if you are experiencing any similar issues.

Without Dr. Coman I don't know how I would make it through life with Crohn's disease. Dr. Coman has helped limit my abdominal pain and my crohn's now recurs much less often. Thank you for helping me regain control of my life!

Dr. Coman always listens and answers all my concerns and believe me sometimes there are many. If I send a question to him through the portal or by phone I always get a prompt caring response. I was very ill when I first appeared in his office and he was concerned, jumped on a treatment and got me back on track. Thank you Dr. Coman

Best doctor. I had gastrointestinal discomfort and pain for 10 years, but all my tests and scans came back normal. Dr. Coman suggested I get my gallbladder removed, despite everything appearing normal. It turns out that my gallbladder was severely diseased and needed to come out! I am no longer in pain thanks to Dr. Coman.
