This doctor does NOT READ vaccine inserts we time and time again told him about our concerns he said that our child was healthy and we had no cause for concern well that was that worst day of our lives this man is a fraud and because of that my child will suffer WARNING JUST BECAUSE He CONVENIENT Doesn’t mean he’s good

Dr. Jay is a great doctor. I am always able to get an appointment in a reasonable amount of time.

Dr. Jay seems like a nice person and a good doctor but hes not a good manager. His staff is unhelpful and pawns off stuff that they should be doing onto him. He is overwhelmed and weve never waited less than 45 minutes. Last time we waited 2 hours to see him only to find that the checkin nurse had entered our information incorrectly. Dr. Jay was so overwhelmed he didnt even try to correct the mistake. He just said wed have to make another appointment next week Nope going to a new doctor.
