My experience with a cardiac catheterization, performed by Dr. Happes, was a pleasant one. I had not met him beforehand and was impressed with his confidence and pleasant personality. He explained the procedure and effects as we went along. The hospital staff was wonderful as well . All very helpful and pleasant. I totally felt I was in the right place .

Unprofessional, very immature, did not know how to resolve issues or make a decision...he seems like he does not want to tarnish his medical record so does not help or go the extra mile. Showed no compassion or sensitivity, got wrong advice, not respectful especially elders. Ignored situations and confused on making a decision. I wish I did not ever come across this person. Now all I can do is warn people and pray no one goes through the same things..
