I live over 14 hours away from Dr. Sandra Iannotti's office, it was well worth the drive! I wanted someone who was going to really listen to what I was experiencing. My husband and I visited several doctors in the New York area, no one came close to her ability to articulate the possible causes of my condition and communicate to us several options of care other than surgery. I am truly unable to put into words how appreciative I am on the level of care I received from her, as I had been suffering for many many years. Once I finish mending, I'm hoping to feel like a 20 year old (lol).

She is great...for a full year I had no pain in my right shoulder due to an accident after my pain injection.

She’s an amazing surgeon did surgery on my left knee. I just made an appointment for my right shoulder and my right knee with her office today and I know that I’ll be in good hands with her.

She is wonderful. Great dr, kind, logical, and compassionate!

I saw a 1 star review about a receptionist and that reviewer should be ashamed to post that. Dr. Ionotti is a true surgical genius. I had arthroscopic surgery in my shoulder. 6 surgeries. All at the same time. My shoulder was literally garbage. 3 to 4 hrs to fix me. The surgery was on a Friday morning and I was off pain medication by Sunday night. It was a miracle. My shoulder looked like multiple telephone books torn in half according to the pics they took. I have never reviewed a Dr. before but I felt so passionate about her and her work that I felt compelled to write this. She called me on President's Day to see how I was progressing. If you need this type of help, she is the one.

I just saw Dr Iannotti for the first time and it was a pleasant visit. It was only a short wait to see her and the waiting room was not crowded. When I met with the doctor, she seemed to have an interest in learning about my issues and took the time needed to explain her thoughts in detail and answer questions. It's rare that I meet with a doctor and don't feel rushed but Dr Iannotti provided that experience. If I need to see an orthopedist again, I would go here.

Dr Iannotti is an exceptional physician. I have been under her care for many years for various injuries and way too many fractures. She is a discerning listener, extremely knowledgeable and skilled. She explains treatment options and helps me select one that is right for me. The office staff is pleasant, kind and accommodating. The staff and Dr Iannotti are a team equally devoted in providing the best possible patient care and outcome. I have recommended family, friends and colleagues, they share my opinion.

I don't even want to give any stars but have to in order to write something here. I do hope the doctor sees this too, wishful thinking. I called to make an appointment on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and the nasty receptionist on shift around the 2:00pm range told me I couldn't get a second opinion through worker's comp.even after I told her that yes my lawyer told me and my caseworker a while back told me that I could because I need to change my existing Doctor. She was very abrupt and rude so therefore I will not be going to this place. Too bad because as per someone I know who just had surgery said the doctor was great and I also see all the reviews and how positive they are. That rude receptionist should be fired the way she spoke to me over the phone. If only her boss (Doctor) knew about this. Wish I was able to get her name but she kept talking over me. Grrrrr.
