arrived for my 11:00 appt at 10:35 and waited over an hour wait to see Dr. i asked if they wanted my copay half way through and said computers were down, but they were taking other peoples payments. They called in people who came in after me for same dr. I Asked why I wasn't being called in they told me I was next. 10 minutes later they tell me they made me an appt upstairs with another doctor. I cancelled and left.

Over an hour wait for Dr. They called in people who came in after me for same dr. I Asked why I wasn't being called in they told me I was next. 10 minutes later they tell me they made me an appt upstairs with another doctor. I cancelled and left.

MEDICAL FRAUD- do not book an annual skin exam here. I am being charged for treatments and medications that I did not receive. I booked an annual skin exam which would be covered under my insurance as a preventative visit. This was discussed at the time I made my appointment, but apparently they will not bill it as such, they only bill as a doctor visit so insurance wont pick it up. They should have said this when I was making the appointment. Also I had a small scab that was scratched off by the doctors finger, and was billed as " Surgery" stating lidocaine was administered when it was not. This is medical fraud. I have called three times already to speak with someone about these inaccurate charges and no one has bothered to call me back, it has been 5 months and 3 phone calls and no one can return a phone call.

Made an appointment for my husband to see the doctor as I go to this doctor all the time. I called to ask them to send me the new parient forms so I can print them out and fill them out they told me they can't send them to me I'm not the patient are they kidding me they're blank forms I do not recommend this place! Why would you want to inconvenience people and make them not want to go there, isn't it easier for us to fill out the forms and bring them instead of sitting in the damn office and filling them out and wasting time?
