I will NOT be returning to Dr. Harrington’s office and he should be aware that when his patient calls in on urgent call being declined while suffering excruciating pain and having them hang up since my secondary coverage was no longer accepted is just wrong. That showed that the manager and staff who answered to be NOT professional and loss in another client for Dr.Harrington. Very dissatisfied !! Thank you for your service Dr.Harrington. As far as staff, they never made you feel comfortable, it was like you were bothering them other then the woman that takes you to room and does vitals.

I was admitted to St. Catherine's in an emergent capacity due to kidney stones stuck in my bladder in January 2021. The physical pain of the experience was horrifying!! And I gave birth to a 10lb 5oz baby without even acetaminophen. Dr. Harrington was very personable, informative and efficient. He left orders for my pain to be controlled whereas, Dr. Epelbaum had to constantly be contacted as I was slumped over begging for mercy & grabbing onto the IV pole. I would say what most doctors need explaining about and that is, it's so hard being in a vulnerable state neve mind, being in excruciating pain. Patients are not numbers & shouldn't be treated as such or a nuisance. Try to keep in mind how you would feel if it were you. Or your mother. Or your daughter. or your wife. I literally walked the halls crying for 2 nights while the nurses just walked past me. Nobody asks to be in that position.

Dr Harrington is a pleasent, professional doctor. Unfortunatly his office staff is not. They are rude, disorganized and dismissive. Their reflection on the practicing professionals in this office is unfortunate. Neither me nor my wife will be returning. I do not reccommend this office.

Dr Harrington was incredible. Unfortunaly his staff is a nightmare. I saw him first and was happy to hear my wife was seeing him for her problem. Will not return or refer this office to anyone in the future due to rude inefficient office staff.

Excellent Doctor. However, The office is impossible to receive results from. The office called me at 5pm on a Thursday and I missed the call. I immediately called back and the office was closed. The following day was Friday and I called the office three times for my results. I was told that a nurse would call me back and that the office closed at 5pm. I called the office again back 4pm and the office was closed. Then Need to wait the weekend to get my results.

Excellent doctor. He is smart, interested, a good listener, and takes the time to explain things. I have had several procedures with Dr. Harrington and all have gone well. Highly recommend
