Wonderful service. I highly recommend. Especially after having such horrible experiences with Optum (previously Caremount medical) Optum has horrible service no matter which location. While Physicianone treats you so well. Physician One is fast efficient kind and caring. Update 1 year later: Another great experience with Physician One. I will always seek their services over other providers.

Says it’s a walk in - get here and they tell me to come back in 2.5 hours for an appointment. One person in waiting room! Come back at the “appointment time” and sat another hour! And there is no one in here! Will not be coming back!

I had never been to Urgent Care before. I can't say enough how impressed I was with my visit. No wait , they took me right away. Dr. Furmaniak and Lindsay nurse/tech were great. Front desk admin(sorry didn't get her name) was also great, my company's insurance is not accepted by a lot of places and I was afraid there was going to be a problem. She was very understanding and put any concerns I had to rest. Somers, Baldwin Place, Mahopac you are lucky to have Physicianone in your area.
