If I could give 0 stars I would. Two ladies at the front are the rudest, unprofessional, receptionists. Told me not to eat before my stress test which was at 12:15pm. Waited more than an hour and I blatantly watched the two mean women at the front take other patients who came in after me. They ignored me and didnt care that they waste peoples time. I ended up leaving at 1:30 since no one would tell me what’s going on. Don’t go here they such. Better off driving to long island
This place is poorly managed and lacks a spirit of excellence. I arrived 30 minutes early for an appointment and no one was available to check-in the growing line that already built up. This place needs a overhaul adjustment to its check-in procedure. Lastly, the doctor scheduled an 8:30 appointment buy did not arrive to after 8:45. Sad. Real sad. Looking for a new center like many other's.
Going here feels like you going to a free clinic ...Burkho Nisimova, PA is very insensitive & rude. The lab worker will sit there doing nothing but tell you they cant take you because its not your appt yet. Rudely tells you just sit down for 2 hours. The office needs a better policy either take blood work by someone in the area your at right after the appt or get more staff. I was even previously the next appt for bloodwork was a month away!! The best area is Peds!! I love Sheppard ..Dr. Beauvil is a good Ob gyn but if you just ask to speak to her everyone runs like the scared & you cant book an appt with her its like she president of the USA and she cant be interrupted.
Horrible, Horrible, Horrible, smh
Very rude front girl i did came here for xray nothing wrong from my side she just ordered me write name and sit there then called my name said go inside and wait there. There was many room i asked which one she just looked at me and told me which room very engerly so loudly I would not come here anymore would not give my business to them. I wouldn’t recommend anyone .all lab are same but some of them behave humanly some of them not like advantage care remember I paid for your service and should not ask questions about my race which front girl marked for me to fill up
11/14/22. I'll be very public because it upsets me how they treated my parents who are older and don't speak good english. If your elders go alone here, go with them and see what happens. HORRID. DO NOT GO to this doctor (Marianna Getsburg) or site and unless you like the sight of tired immigrant older people waiting quietly and patently for 40 minutes plus along side you in a dark dingy patient area, to meet for 5 minutes with the holy genius generous with her time and excellent staffing decisions of a doctor. Sacarasm to the bone. Driving my mother 1.5 hours to get to the appointment and halfway there, I called and asked if it's okay if Im five minutes late given building traffic conditions. I was told 15 min courtesy is okay. We check in at 3:25 and make it to the patient waiting area. Her assistant asks what time my appointment is. I told her we notified the office-- she told me quickly that she'll see if the doctor would still see us and she went inside. Meanwhile me and my mother and I waited anxiously for 20 MINUTES for her, wondering why they were still unsure if they would see us. She did not have the right to tell us anything at that point because we had already checked in for the appointment when we arrived at the room next door as the signs told us, but it seemed like she wanted to make us feel bad or thought we would just leave. When she got out 20 minutes later, I had to ask her again, "we are seeing the doctor, right?" She immediately started to complain we were late, and it's our fault and too bad. I could not take it anymore if I sat there wasting my time further with no actual yes or no after she threw that comment as us. I made it clear and I called in advance I already checked in, so I'm definitely getting my mother to see a doctor, and then at that point she let down and said no I didn't say anything you're going see the doctor. How many people dont say anything and leave, and then they charge insurance? Somethings up. She went back inside. 40 minutes later, we're called inside to see the doctor and then we wait for another 20 minutes in the little waiting room before the doctor Marianna comes to see us for FIVE short minutes and then says she will need labs before she can help us. If someone is getting referred to a rheumatologist due to ANA markers its pretty obvious what labwork they would need. Its pretty obvious they are not as mobile and can't afford useless trips to the doctor that takes toll on their sick body. But no, take money from the insurance and seat us for 5 minutes to tell us to then come back in 2 weeks. I hope they investigate you thoroughly. It's not over yet. She scribbles on paper re: scheduling for lab work and an appointment. She should have made sure the right thing was done and couldve atleast inputed notes regarding her instructions for follow-up, but instead, she only scribbled on a sheet. They scheduled lab work 2 weeks from now versus the actual meeting with the doctor. Then, my parents spent another 5 days of the week trying to change that appointment back to meeting with the doctor. My sick dad came in person because of language issues and no callbacks. Now we have an appointment in 2 months! What a great success. February! and 14 tubes of blood were taken from my mother already, 2 months in advance, you guys are smart! We wasted too much time for your mistakes. The saga continues as I try to reschedule for my parents past their futile efforts. Phillipines call center picks up. 100 times nicer than the usual staff, but who outsources these things? No one was able to respond to them because everyone gone for vacation. Sickness takes no vacation. 2 months for a follow-up? OUTSOURCING TO PHILLIPINES for complaints? JOKE SITE.
One female security guard is rude, She locks all the masks and was mad because I asked her to give me one! They are required to provide free masks for anyone ask for one! I hope they instruct them all!
I had to wait over an hour past my scheduled appointment to see Mt doctor
All doctors are good. They give their best. But some receptionist are not good. They almost behave so rudely which is actually one kind of bad manners
My mom had an appointment today at 3:30 PM and we were a few minutes late due to the parking issue. we went to the front desk and the girl name “Ashley” she was rude and told us we are late and refused us to do the mammogram and she told us to reschedule. Very unprofessional. I can’t believe how this is a very well-known and reputable clinic has a person like this. This is need to be addressed!!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
