Very smart and very kind. I saw Dr. Hubbell as an emergency patient. His office gave me an appointment just two hours after my request. He reviewed my x-rays and explained in layman‘s terms what had happened. He also identified what all of the possibilities for repair and recovery might be and despite the likelihood that I would need surgery, knowing that I was going back to my town to see a local doctor, he focused on the small possibility that I might be able to avoid surgery if my condition didn’t deteriorate. This approach of giving me hope was so important to me! The doctor had a very easy manner, was not self important and focused on what he was able to tune into as my needs at that moment. This was so unique and really reassured me. Dr. Hubbell offered a referral doctor where I live when requested. He stabilized my injury which led to my being in very good condition when I saw my local surgeon. As a result, I did not need surgery. Great doctor, caring human being! Toby

Dr Hubbell saw me in July of 2020 for a torn bicep. His office performed an incredibly painful- because of position tech insisted he needed- MRI. He prescribed physical therapy for me , but was very dismissive of the injury and my pain. I had my husband in the room with me so that I would have two people hearing the diagnosis. He kept directing his questions about my injury to my husband, as though I could not understand. I told him I was an active woman who worked out and did yoga and I needed my arm to work and he could speak directly to me. He laughed. The FIRST question each of the therapists asked (I saw 3 different therapists at the same facility because of their Covid scheduling issues) was why I was not having a surgical repair. They didn't think PT was the right treatment. After weeks of very painful therapy I consulted a different orthopedist who informed me that there was no way this tear could be repaired by PT, nor would it relieve the pain. I had the bicep surgically corrected in Sept of 2020 with fast pain relief and good results. I refused to pay Hubbell's remaining bill for $79 and wrote letters telling the practice exactly why I felt that they should just accept my insurance. I never got a response. They continued to bill me and I continued to write. Never any response other than a bill. The lack of accountability and concern for causing additional suffering that this office displayed was really disappointing. Not only was Dr. Hubbell lacking in knowledge about how to fix my arm, his office has only be interested in collecting their money. I can not believe how differently I was treated by the surgeon who finally did the repair. (BTW, he also commented on the poor quality of the imaging coming from Hubbell's office, requesting fresh imaging.)

Do not recommend. Waited 45 minutes to be seen for about 3 minutes. Wrong diagnosis. No thought or care. No follow up and staff does not return phone calls. Skip this one and go to a thoughtful responsive attentive physician instead.

AS always, the visit wasn’t rushed...even in this time of Covid. the staff is very kind and very friendly but now over whelming. And everyone did their best to get me better and set up a follow up appointment. And the offices are very pleasant.

Maybe he is decent doctor, but lack of follow through with his assts and staff which I’ve been trying to get answers for over 1 week bring his review to 1 Star. They are horrible at getting back to you and after endless calls and emails, they couldn’t care less. Not impressed with his office help at all. Look for another doctor to help you.

The Drs are great. They have 3 locations. They were awesome with my surgery and my recovery. They are also taking care of all my workmans compensation stuff. They were also great when my son broke his arm. Im very happy being a patient there!!
