Love the doctor and the staff . I witnessed the staff helping an elderly patient with an issue that had nothing directly to do with that patient's medical care but had everything to do with easing the stress caused by a computer glitch. Above and beyond!

Staff appears to be very unprofessional. I received a call from the office manager asking why she was being required to complete FML paperwork. Tried to explained and she cut me off. Asked who was going to pay for her time to complete. She then hung up in my face. I called back to speak with the Doctor and could still hear her in the background. Left a message for the doctor to call me back....I won't hold my breathe. Hope he reads this!

I have seen Dr. Braun and Dr. Gordon and both are great! Very friendly, knowledgeable and informative. The reception staff are also very friendly and helpful. I have never had any issues scheduling appointments, they always call to confirm the day before. Office is clean, and inviting. There is a massage chair available for patients as well. Excellent experience every time.

Have been a patient for several years and have always found Dr. Braun and his office staff to be courteous and professional. Appointments almost always run on time, and Dr. Braun is an excellent, knowledgeable practitioner.

my experience with Dr. Braun was that he looked at the entire picture of my health not just the one area where I was in pain . He offered me graded vice about food exercise and all around lifestyle which has helped me tremendously to increase my flexibility and my vitality

He is awesome. When I began I was using crutches and now I'm better than ever without having to take drugs for the pain.

no experience.: The person Jane who answers the phone was unable to make an appointment without saying she had to call patients to confirm the appointment they have. we finally settled upon a time a week away for a specific time and date. when i called to confirm she had put the appointment on a different day, obviously not paying attention to what had been agreed upon. So in order to make another, at a date convenient to me, she set another appointment. for a different day, which i asked her to confirm ,by email. after several hours i called because i never received an email she said she was confirming appointments.I said every time i call you say the same thing I need to see some one so i guess I need to find another dr. She said " u are upset lets end this conversation." I have a serious problem , and needed to be seen.I have worked in the medical field to 25 years. its sad to know how the people who supposedly work in a drs office cant get their mind around how to make appointments. Never saw the dr maye he is good but his office is frighteningly inefficient

My husband and I love dr Braun and his staff. He saved my husband's life , as he went for back injury, which was corrected in three visits and noticed a suspicious mole on my husband's back. He urged him to see a dermatologist as soon as possible and if not for my husband respecting this man's opinion, he might not have gone. It was malignant melanoma which required immediate surgical intervention... Thank u dr. Braun!!!!
