I needed a urologist for an annual checkup and Dr Sobey came highly recommended. I found him kind, patient and very knowledgeable. He also spent a lot of time with me answering all my questions never feeling rushed and setting my mind at ease. These are attributes you rarely find nowadays.

This morning I contacted the office of Dr. Steven Sobey, located in Southampton, New York. I have been a patient of Dr. Sobey for over 3 years. I needed to make an emergency appointment as I think I may have a urinary infection. The office receptionist told me the earliest appointment she could give me was three months in the future. What in hell's name do they call this, I certainly isn't civilized medicine. This is more of what you might expect from a third world nation. I asked to speak with the office manager who wasn't available and at this point has not called back

Dr Sobey was kind, intelligent, and thoughtful. He read all my test results before he entered the exam room. Too many doctors read results for the first time after they enter, wasting precious time. Dr Sobey was very prepared. He patiently answered all my questions. I would recommend him one hundred percent !!

Dr Sobey is kind, intelligent and thoughtful. He answered all of my questions and clearly explained all the possibilities of what may be. At all my appointments he was very prepared; he had gone over all my test results before he entered the exam room. So many Doctors read results for the first time when they enter the room. Dr Sobey is confident and speaks with knowledge. He is a good listener. I recommend him one hundred per cent.

While on vacation, I was admitted to Southhampton Hospital and had the extreme good fortune to be seen by Dr. Sobey. He was amazing!! If I lived closer, I would consider myself fortunate to be a patient of his.

While on vacation I had to be admitted to Southhampton Hospital. I had the good fortune to be seen by Dr. Sobey who was not only extremely knowledgeable but caring and extremely responsive to my needs. If I lived closer I would definitely become a patient of his!!

Dr. Sobey is one of the kindest doctors I have ever met. He made me feel comfortable discussing even the most sensitive issues and took the time to answer all of my questions fully. He personally responded to my phone inquiries, which was great.
