I Brong in my 4 year daughter because she was running a fever. We were there before 10 PM and they said they didn’t have any more space. The reception lady didn’t even bother to ask what was wrong with her she didn’t even let me finish she just said she couldn’t take us they didn’t have any more space I don’t understand how they could turn a sick child away. I understand they are Busy especially since Covid spiked up but She was honestly no help.

Love! Love! Love this urgent care. I highly recommend and wouldn’t recommend a different urgent care unless you are over 26, because they take patients up until 27 years old. They take new patients and many different insurances! The entire staff is very friendly, helpful, and efficient. Even though I am a young adult, I am always excited to see what room I go into when seeing the doc because each room is a different kid themed movie (shrek, tangled, Lego movie, etc.) it’s make getting care fun for your little ones. They also allow appointments being made ahead of time and I have never waited over an hour and from the time I check in to the time I leave the urgent care, is pretty quick for an urgent care. Again, love the friendliness, and the staff including receptionists and front desk, are so nice and genuinely caring. Also, doctors explain as much as they need for their patients to understand. My favorite urgent care. I wish they room mid and older adults, as well. They also take your concerns into consideration and comfort you, the patient, as best as possible. With the new strand of covid, the wait time for walk in is crazy and it’s a bit harder to get appointment with the new covid variant, but that will happen in every urgent care you look at right now. Thank you PM Pediatrics team! So great fun for you!

I have three children, aged 10, 14 and 16 and have been using PM Pediatrics for quite some time now. I will say the wait has gotten to be pretty high. If my child was having a life threatening emergency I would go to the ER. If you use their app and make appointments it's manageable and to me worth it. It's a little bit of a pain setting up the first time but pretty great after that. All of our experiences with all the various doctors has been excellent. Covid testing has been very easy and quick. They have seen us for broken bones, super bad cuts, severe illnesses etc. My kids like going there and we have always been happy with our outcomes.

Easy to get an appointment even on Thanksgiving Day! Friendly receptionist, excellent nurse and doctor.

We came in on a Monday evening in September because my 17th year old niece was running a fever and seem to have a virus (not covid - she’s vaccinated). I am writing this review only to bring awareness of our actions and the role we play and the impact it has on others.We arrived about 7:30pm after quickly stopping by Urgent Care in New City where they informed us they were close but felt PM Pediatrics are open until 11 - they should be able to see her this evening. Upon entrance to the facility, the nurse told us there was a 3 hour wait and they had no availability. She asked us if we made an appointment on the app? Who has time to do that in time of urgency!!!! Without knowing the situation, one of the staff members were trying to dismiss us. We don’t want to highlight this but I will say that from that point until we left about 10:40pm, we were the only black people present at the facility except for one staff member. The wait in fact was 3 hours, my sister eventually went on the app to check availability but there were none before 2:45pm the following day. We saw children coming in and out the facility until about 10pm as if it was 2pmIn the afternoon. Suffice to say, the system may work for some as an alternative to hospitals but there is a lot of room for improvement when it comes to respecting people irregardless of their race and class. Providing quality timely service to everyone.

Hate dr andrea persaud so rude no bedside manners at all, don’t know anything how to handle asd toddlers and have gut to pass comments to my husband how he should be able to handle our son, slow clap for you pathetic pathetic doctor.

I brought my 9 year old in at 9pm. Her earing got stuck up and in her ear. Scary for a little kid! However, Dr. Rita Lin was absolutely amazing with her. The problem was solved in 5 minutes with no tears!

My child’s pediatrician referred me to PM pediatrics for an overnight COVID test. I wish I had the receptionist’s name because this rude female tells me to download an app and as I’m asking questions she hangs up on me. You work in a children’s doctors office. Get it together. I won’t be bringing my son here. So rude and unprofessional

I was seen in the spring valley ny office for my 2 children an the doctor was rough with my 16 month old she scratched my sons face and tried to lay him down while he was screaming by putting her hand on his throat area if she doesn’t know how to care for children and don’t like her job and only does it for a pay check then she should not work with children never go back again

I have taken both my kids there multiple times and have nothing but the best experience. Caring staff and they made sure to answer all our questions as well as keeping us there until our kids were safe to go home.
