Competent and caring doctor in a comfortable professional setting. Well trained and pleasant staff greet and take vitals. Dr. Bergman listens carefully and explains very clearly. He addresses concerns completely and has a reassuring manner and a comforting sense of humor. Easy to get appointments, usually within a day or two. They do the blood draws in the office and that is also a plus.

Had one well visit with Dr. Bergman which went well. I wanted to see him again after 6 months because I am diabetic and needed bloodwork and refills on my scripts. No one answers the phone in his office. No way to leave a message bc the mailbox is always full. Someone told me to get the MY CHART app as you can make an appointment thru the app but the app tells you "an appointment cannot be made at this time." No matter what time of day you call or what automated number you choose....for patients, for doctors, for billing...no one picks up. My pharmacist was able to fax the office to get my scripts refilled but I tried for weeks to schedule an appointment but no luck. Who needs a doctor that can't be reached? Moving on!

My wife & I have found Dr. Bergman to be everything you would expect from a good GP. The problem is the staff at the large practice he has associated himself with. He should escape from this location ASAP and align himself with a practice that has a caring, courteous and efficient staff. Victory Internal Medicine staff has none of these attributes.

One of the best internists I have seen. Great bedside manner and really tries to figure out what is wrong and how to treat you. Even though he is young, he is light years ahead of other doctors who are older and more experienced than him.

One of the nicest doctors I have ever met. He tries hard to help you with your problem and listens to your complaints. I feel very comfortable with him which is more than I can say for most of the doctor's I have seen over the years. Also, he has a wealth of knowledge but will refer you to another doctor if he feels you need assistance that he can't offer. I respect that.
