Angela Jack Glasnapp's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Glasnapp is amazing. She not only cares about your physical well being but your mental and emotional well being and most doctors don't. She makes you feel like you're important and really cares. Her staff is very friendly and patient no matter how many times I called my surgery coordinator, she never gave me an attitude or rushed me. I can't highly recommend Dr. Glasnapp enough. Thank you so much!

Dr. Glassnap and her staff are the absolute best! I can’t stop raving about them. Dr. Glassnap is attentive, caring, and really makes you feel comfortable with her from the first visit. Karla, the surgical coordinator is absolutely phenomenal. I’m the type to ask a bunch of questions and Karla accepted and answered all of them with ease and never made me feel like I was a burden. Whatever I needed, I always knew I could count on Karla to help me out and make sure I was comfortable and happy throughout this whole process. I cannot rave about her even more. Even Diana who answers the phones is always so friendly and helpful! All of the staff at the office is amazing overall and I’m so happy I went with Dr. Glassnap and her team.

Dr. Glasnapp goes beyond being an exceptional surgeon. She is an extraordinary human being and was by my side through every moment. She went above and beyond and showed her skills, experience and compassion through my process. I would go through this journey a hundred times over with Dr. Glasnapp at the helm of the ship!Offices are nice and staff is always friendly so you can’t go wrong!!

Horrible horrible doctor. I talked to her when dr flen forester wasn’t available and wow was she rude. My dad even heard our conversation. She is very short not knowledage nor helpful and her looks sure do not say much about her. I will make sure no one makes an apointment with her. I will spread the word . Sorry next time maybe you will act like a respect adult .

Im very satisfied with my time at NJBC. I will say ..that i was a little confused as to why the blood work up was including a breath test of which i wasnt informed. The young woman check with the Dr. and it wasnt needed. I just have a need to stay ontop of everything going on.Thank you NJBC, I appreciate all of your kindness during this time.

After my husband was admitted from the emergency room, Dr. Angela Glasnapp made the lifesaving decision to perform emergency Surgery overnight on my husband. After surgery she continuously checked to see how he was doing and was very easy to reach to answer any questions and concerns. Dr. Glassnapp is a wonderful human being and an excellent professional. We are forever grateful

Dr Glassnapp was trully amazing!! I would recommend her to anyone who is considering this path. What is unique about her is she instantly makes you feel comfortable. I mean literally when she walked into the exam room, the first time I met her, I felt a calmness. She has such a peaceful nature about her. She is always smiling, and listens to your fears, acknowledges them, and addresses them. She gave me the confidence I needed to do it! She’s not judgemental. I felt I was in expert hands, and she was genuinely concerned about me. She also made sure that I felt that she addressed all of my questions. Most importantly, I never feel rushed or like a number. When I see her, she really talks to me from her heart. My daughter was very nervous too, but when she met her she loved her, and felt at ease. She is a gem, and I’m so blessed to have had her as my surgeon. If your on the fence, please make an appointment to see her.

I am so grateful to Dr. Glasnapp. She is a consummate professional, explained the entire procedure to me and treated me with courtesy and kindness. Surgery is somewhat frightening but Dr. Glasnapp helped me through it and gave me confidence that all woud be well, and, thankfully, it is. Thank you, Dr. Glasnapp. I would recommend you to anyone.

I can not stress enough how professional, courteous, genuine, and caring Dr. Glasnapp's practice is. Dr. Glasnapp was so thorough and detailed in her explanation of everything. I'm sure she took more than time than necessary listening to everything I had to say. The staff is sensitive and attentive beyond measures. I thought I would feel anxiety, embarrassed and uneasy upon my arrive. The staff made me feel the total opposite. They cover way more information than I expected. The facilities is immaculate and extremely organized. I literally left there feeling better than I arrived. This was truly a remarkable experience.
