Staff very friendly and helpful. I was treated by Alexandria who went above and beyond. She was also extremely knowledgeable. I've never reviewed anything before but I had to for this place. A great experience!

Took my daughter with a high fever and swollen eyes and they gave her a covid test which came out negative !!! Wonderful !!!! Did not even address the elephant in the room which was her high fever and swollen eyes plus horrific body aches !!! The next day we went back thinking maybe she had the flu for her to be tested !! Even though it’s not flu season but had to give it a shot !!! They literally abruptly stuck the stick down her throat to check for strep !! Because she’s an athlete she wanted to be tested for Epstein Barr but they completely ignored her and told her to come back in a week !!! Again ignoring her symptoms !!!!!! The nurse mentions to the PA in the hallway that my daughter had the sniffles which she did not !!! She explained that she had a high fever , body aches , and they could see that her eyes were swollen and she was exhausted which isn’t normal !!! They completely ignored all her symptoms and a few minutes ago I get a call that she has a common cold !!!! Excuse me????? They’re not the brightest ! I took my daughter to our physician and we’re trying to get to the bottom of her symptoms !!!! I hope to God it’s just a common cold but by her symptoms it doesn’t seem like it ! They’re not very bright there and other than getting an antigen or PCR I wouldn’t recommend this place !!! No doctor on call just a PA which I don’t have a problem with if only they knew what they were talking about !! Stay away ! I just went back yesterday 4/25 because apparently I have an awful memory !!! They told my daughter she was positive for strep so they gave her antibiotics! Today I called for the results of the panel of tests that they took ! They told me she was negative for strep ! Ok !!!!! Then y the antibiotics????? Now I called and they told me she was positive for covid when I questioned her she said oh no that was last years test ! Stupid stupid people !! Please do not go there !!! They truly do not know what they’re doing ! Incompetent people !!!!!!

Staff was incredibly helpful! The girl at the front desk was so kind to us! Also the NP Alexandria was phenomenal to my niece. Made her feel incredibly welcome & relaxed! Thank you for everything

The office was clean, the front desk staff was super courteous and friendly. The NP Alex was knowledgeable and personable and I felt like she really listened to my ailments. I would definitely recommend this facility and would use their services again!!

Such a nice urgent care- clean and organized. Made an appointment at 9 am for 10 am, didn’t have to wait, was seen right away, very nice staff, and prescription was sent electronically. Nicest urgent care I’ve been to in a long time!

This place has great staff especially brittany who was more than helpful. I Went here to get covid tested and i was especially nervous but Brittany went out of her way to make sure I understood everything and was so friendly. Very clean and professional. 😊

Super efficient! Staff is friendly and work quickly to get you in and out. The facility is brand new and very clean. Always very simple when we go making it an easy experience especially with children

Getting Covid testing can be a real chaos waiting and waiting and having rude staff but this urgent care was on time. Very quick in and out, very friendly and patient with problem patients! Definitely would go again for anything I need. My go to urgent care for now on!
