I visited Chai Urgent Care today - for the first time. I found it easy to schedule my appointment online and received a confirmation shortly after. I was seen at the time of my appointment. The PA Nataly was kind and knowledgeable as was the rest of the staff. Had a very good experience!

I have a 5 years old son so we are regular customers in here. Once your information is in their system you will be in and out in no time. Everyone is great and Nurse practitioner & Doctors are very knowledgeable. Thank you

The doctor have seen me for 2 min and didn’t want to give me any medicine claiming that I have virus. I was sick for another 6 days having throughout infraction, sinus infarction and cough… I haven’t had virus, this place do not have good doctors. Had to go to other clinic to be checked out the same day.

When I called to double check they took my insurance, the receptionist did not know. Even after sending my insurance through email, (because they had to run it to make sure) I was not given a 100% answer. I was taken right in and after waiting about 15 minutes someone came in to check my blood pressure, mind you, I'm there because I can't breathe and I have a cough. A few questions later and blood pressure taken, she swabbed my nose. I had to ask why and got a short answer and she left. Not taking my temperature? Not even checking my oxygen level?? When the dr came in, he checked my lungs looked down my throat and sent me off with pills and cough medication. Again, not looking in my ears, nose? Not asking if I'm a smoker or if I'm on any medication??? I was told the results will be emailed to me, which they were but I had to sign into a portal-only thing was, they had my phone number wrong, so I couldn't. I sent them an email to have the doctor call me and to fix my phone number but I didn't get either. I had to call and get my results. I also had to ask what a negative respiratory was because that's was I was told by the receptionist-I guess. Again, no dr got on the phone or called. I am completely disappointed in the care I was given.

Dr.nathaly adolphe is the nicest well spoken dr i have ever dealt with.And the staff is so friendly and professional.I highly recommend this place.

This is the best urgent care I have ever been to. The staff is super friendly and caring. Cassie was a great help and made my experience very pleasant. It was quick and efficient, the place was clean, and everyone was very nice and helpful. Highly recommend.

Chai Urgent care is always a pleasant experience ! When I’m not feeling well my go to is chai. Never any long waits so you get right in , the office staff is extremely professional and you can tell they take pride in what they do because the amount of care they provide. Trustworthy , Clean, Professional , Provide excellent care and No long waits … can’t ask for more ..
