I have been seeing Dr Gerstenfeld for 5 years now. The staff is exceptional. They care about you the patient, they empathize with your situation. You are not just another number to them. Every person in that office has a smile and greets you. Dr Gerstenfeld himself takes time with you, he explains everything. There is no rush to get you out the door. Everytime I've been there I was taken on time for my appointment. I did not sit in the waiting room for more than 5 minutes before I was brought in. They keep the entire facility spotlessly clean. This is one Doctors office that is a pleasure to deal with.

He is the best he did my cataracts and ever had a problem with him and the girls are very nice but you do have to wait two months for appointment. I don’t know if you knew but he’s booked, so yeah have to book appointments before you leave but I didn’t wait at all Took me right in

The office staff is very pleasant & helpful & the office is spotless! Dr. Gerstenfeld is cordial & didn’t rush me. I was surprised but a bit disappointed, though, that the techs did all the exams & not Dr. G. My previous doctors did the exams themselves. Bottom line, I was happy with the practice & will continue as a patient.
