Called frantically to set up appt for my son. Needed timely appt because my son was in a very low emotional state. First, was given an appt one month away. Begged, appealed & was told this was best they could do. Called me back 10 minutes later & agreed to see my son THE NEXT DAY! Good to see that some practices actually care about patients & families that they have never met. Thank you for caring!

While I never set foot in the office, I have been very disappointed with how appointments are made. I called to make an appointment with Dr. Aquafredda and was willing to wait for her. (She was referred to by my gyn.) Imgagine my shock when another doctor from her office called to confirm an appointment with him! I was not told when I made the original appointment I would be seeing another doctor other than Dr. Aquafredda. I will be looking for another doctor.

Dr. Acqaufredda is very professional. She understands your problems and comes up with a solution. You have to wait a bit to be seen, but it is worth it. The staff is very helpful. It took me 10 yrs to find a Dr. who understands fibro. Thank you Dr. Acquafredda.
