I would highly recommend Efrat and the whole office to anyone. She is a wonderful health care provider smart, kind, caring and she actually talks to you not at you or down to you and listens to your concerns. Her staff in the office are always willing to help you and work very hard. Thank you Efrat and to everyone in your office for caring for each individual that comes through your doors.

I have been coming to EG Healthcare for few years now. Boy am I thankful that I found her! E has a wealth of knowledge and she has stellar bedside manner. This extends to her staff as well, such as her med tech Stephanie. I feel safe in her practice. My questions are answered patiently. I am never rushed. I trust her with my health and wellbeing 100%. Additionally, it is awesome that she also has other specialists, such as psychiatrist, endo, and gyno, in her practice, which makes it convenient.

Doctor E runs a thorough, efficient, and informative practice. Doctor E's table side manner is unmatched, she puts patients at ease, and discusses your health in a conversational manner. The facility is always clean, and the practices they have adopted during COVID helps patients feel safe in their facility. Doctor E's staff is an nice, efficient, and organized as she is.

THE ABSOLUTE BEST DOCTOR ON STATEN ISLAND! Iv been going there for years and her help is all you need all in one. If you have a problem they make sure to help on the spot or give you fast and easy referrals. Never had a bad experience and never will. She’ll treat you more like family then a patient. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

Severely misdiagnosed my daughters ear infection a couple of years ago. Said is was just earwax buildup. Recently misdiagnosed my bloodwork and urine sample designating one of her workers to tell me i have KIDNEY FAILURE!! Turned out to be another huge error. No apology no explanation no nothing. I wouldnt trust her with my health anymore. After this incident she mailed me a letter saying shes not my doctor anymore. THANK GOD!. People be forewarned.
