As their medical assistant got ready to draw my blood, I was told they weren't trained to wear gloves when I asked. She did upon request. They forgot to check off my drug screen on the lab requisition form, so I had to come in twice. I get that mistakes happen and thats okay, but don't tell me on the phone that it's my fault, that I didn't leave a urine sample. How could I not have left one if the other results came back for it? In the medical field, it's common knowledge that every document needs to be dated, yet my flu proof wasn't. I was obligated to come here because of the nursing program at Wagner. You can ask any of us and we would tell you about our mishaps here with this clinic. Maybe it's because it's an affiliation and they don't care as much, but seriously, how can so many mistakes happen where the entire nursing program have complaints? Many of my classmates have had to make multiple visits to make up the vaccines that were missed on the first visit. Please do better.

Find yourself another doctor. This place is horrible. The staff is rude if you get in touch with them. Can't get a prescription filled, now I have to make another appointment to get that prescription filled and they now require a credit card on file or they won't schedule an appointment. PS FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR. The response from EG should tell you how arrogant this the office staff really is. If you are looking at reviews to help you find a doctor just read the comments.

EG Health care is a great place! You are seen quickly and the entire staff is friendly! They take their time to talk to you, listen to you and address all of your concerns. You never feel rushed. They do blood work etc. there so you don’t have to go to a separate lab. The office is spotless! The nurse practitioners are great. I have seen Efrat LeMandre and Rachel Lucente. Both fantastic! I definitely recommend this place!

Rachel is just so caring and understanding. She explains everything I need to know about my health. She is excellent and a great asset to the practice where she works!!!
