He’s been my doctor for the past 2 years and he did my surgery. I can’t thank him enough I feel so much better after my surgery he’s just amazing and a caring doctor he gives you the time you need in the visit and he explains and take his time he never rushes you through the visit. But after all he’s the best doctor and very professional and the staff they really nice especially Nancy helped a lot through my surgery process they are the best 💯💯

Dr Al Moutran is super sweet, patient and extremely knowledgeable about his craft. He calmed my many worries due to google lol and assured me I was in great hands and I was! He took care of me like he would his own family. THANKS AGAIN DOC!

Dr. Al Moutran removed my tonsils. He was very professional and had a good bedside manner. He explained everything to me and made sure I understood. I have recommended him to friends and family.

Dr. Al Moutran removed my tonsils and adenoids. I had a very good experience with him. He made it very easy to understand the procedure and the recovery. I have recommended him to people for other ENT problems. He is a great doctor!

I waited 2 hours just to be called in and then even after I was called in, I saw the PA and waited an addition 20 minutes to see the doctor and only got about 2 minutes face time with him. I will say Dr. Al Moutran is very knowledgeable and I would recommend him if the wait time & inefficiency of the office didn't go hand-in-hand with seeing him. He said he called in the prescription (and I checked with the front desk as I was checking out who said it was called) and it was never called in. I called the next day and the receptionist said the doctors were out in surgery so I couldn't get my prescription which made no sense because if he wrote it down, she should have just been able to call it in. Same thing happened the next day. Finally, 3 days after my appointment, she called in the prescription. That is absolutely ridiculous. The office at Northwell Health ENT at 378 Seaview Ave. is awful. The only reason I'm not giving this review 1 star is because Dr. Al Moutran is actually a good doctor.

Dr. Al Moutran is a very kind and caring doctor. Spends time with his patients and always follows up for any questions I may have. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great ENT doctor!

Dr Al Moutran is extremely warm snd knowledgable two very important characteristics in a doctor. His staff is always very helpful with all office matters. Dr Al moutran always calls me promptly after any tests results and explains them thoroughly. He is constantly keep up with monitoring my sinus issue and for that i am grateful
