Mamdouh Lozah's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Lozah is an amazing and caring doctor. I have been going to him for over 15 years and I love going to see him. I moved out of state and I still go to him. His diagnosis are alway correct. Thank you Dr. Lozah for be such a caring person.

Receptionist literally forgot about me and admitted it to my face. Busy joking around with others

I visited Dr. Loza recently. His voice and bedside manners are comforting indeed. He spends time with his patients and is a great listener. Dr. Loza pays attention to detail and is a great diagnostician. The nurse is thorough and patient. The office staff are above and behind. All covid protocols are followed to the T. The average wait time was 15 minutes. If you get an appointment do see Dr. Loza at this clinic.

Be careful with this doctor. He does false charges on your bill. He did noting for me in regards to treatment I spoke to him briefly about my concern. Got no treatment and decided to go with another doctor later I find out he billed me like I was treated and had an office visit. He never diagnosed either.

Lozah is the best Dr. Lozah is the best doctor in ACP. He always looks out for his Patients. He is very kind and friendly but could be very stern when you don't listen to him. He's the best. And if you need to see another Doctor He dose' not just say make an appt. he calls and will even walk you over. . He makes sure we all follow up.. Who else does that. We love him and Bless him.

He expressed to more than once he only has to give my mother 10 minutes of his time because he has other patients. I was told the 7 questions I asked were too many. Never bothered getting her test results from the hospital stay of 2.5 days (from 2 weeks ago) and would not explain his conflicting opinion of her other doctors or tests. He has terrible beside manner and is nothing more than a pill pusher. Double talk and refers you to other doctors because he doesn’t have time to explain his own double talk. This is my 2nd experience with him. Terrible.

Dr Lozah has been attentive to my medical issues and any concerns that may arise, as well as my father and husband's medical needs. We all have Dr. Lozah as our primary Dr. He has shown to truly care and takes the time to explain test results as well as go over in detail any preventative care that should be warranted. Very down to earth and always available when we have questions, I recommend him as a primary 100%

Doesn’t care about patient’s feelings, just wants to get the visit over with for the sake of the visit. Appointments are months later. Rude when speaking to patient and has an unnecessary ego! Makes you feel very uncomfortable to share how you feel !! Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Terrible, my dad was misdiagnosed with the "flu" , when we took him to the emergency room he was diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia! I can't believe the followup this doctor had with my father, let alone ignore all the symptoms my dad had brought to his attention! STAY AWAY!!!!
