We did a 8-10 minute telahealth with my child after they said they accepted my Insurance in full. They billed out 45min to an hour telahealth billing me for $600.00 because they do not take my ins. No one is willing to correct the claim or even try to charge a reasonable amount due to their error. Billing dept keeps disconnecting you. Horrible unorganized office.

Hands down, the best allergist. No nonsense, all facts. We have managed life threatening allergies for many years, and traveled near and far for allergists. Dr. Nassef and her staff are the best around. No need to go to Manhattan for the best, as she is right here in SI. Rhonda, the office manager, makes everything easy and is an absolute pleasure to deal with. Maggie, the nurse, is also very knowledgeable and a pleasure. Our experiences there have been life changing.

Waited 2 hours in office. Cold demeanor. Asked for son to be tested for allergies. I said we have a dog so she only tested for dog allergies. I asked about cats and other animals and she said "you said you had a dog so I only tested for that." Left totally dissatisfied. I saw Dr Chau the following year, and she did full testing on me and both my children and was much more pleasant. I would not recommend this doctor

Amazing doctor. Was told by previous doctors i would need shots for two years.. went to see doctor Mervat turns out all i really needed was a prescription for Singulair. Actually gave me a six month prescription to avoid having to make monthly appointments. She is so nice and her staff is amazingly kind.. plus she takes GHI which is almost impossible to find a allergist on staten island who takes GHI

We absolutely love Dr. Nassef!!. I had switched allergist and have been very satisfied with her level of care for my two boys. She is extremely knowledgeable, kind and very patient and always answers all of my questions.

Dr Nassef and her staff are warm And welcoming. I trust her with my allergy issues. She is patient and really wants to help you. I enjoy going to the doctors office because I feel very comfortable there. I highly recommend her. She is by far the best allergist on Staten Island.
