I saw Dr Vivi for the first time yesterday. What a wonderful experience! I knew she had a wonderful staff from the day I booked this first appointment. They are even better in person. The doctor herself is intelligent, kind caring, and considerate - a classy lady. She's very knowledgeable. She actually listened to me. She did some testing, ordered some more, and set me up for my next appointment. I slept peacefully last night for the first time since August. I look forward to continuing my association with the doctor. I am sure she will address the issues I have and will give me the peace of mind that I need.

I have been going to this office for over a year. Bringing my son along with me to every appointment unless his in school and overnight, they decided to change the policy and have an issue. Having an issue with my son joining me in my appointment. Office manager was very inconsiderate, and very ignorant. At this point, i'm not gonna bother, and i'm just gonna go ahead and switch my clinic. When inquiring to see if they knew any other facility, no one wanted to help me, but just 1 nurse answer my question and provided other facilities that will provide tje same services.
