I have never been so happy that I found Jag-One at 1441 South Ave. The staff is absolutely wonderful. Eric is a fantastic physical therapist he is so knowledgeable and professional. Eric did PT on my grandson's arm and when he finished his treatment, his brother had a knee injury and Eric took care of him. Both of them had a great experience. Both are doing well. I was diagnosed with a knee problem and my Dr wanted me to do PT so I went to one of the best, Eric. The staff, Jenna, Samantha, Justina, and Jules are fantastic. Thank you guys for being as great as you are. I highly recommend this facility.

My visit to Jag One @ South Ave was unsatisfactory. What a total waste of my valuable time. I made a PT appointment over a week ago for 5/2/23 @ 5:15pm. H Please explain to me why the Receptionist collected my insurance, photo ID and script, gave me the the total number of visits allowed and stated there would be no out of pocket expense. She proceeded to give me the consenting paperwork to sign. I noticed a note to my chart that my insurance was out of network. Jag One was not a participating provider. Therefore this should have been relayed to me before making the appointment. Needless to say I walked out in pain without using their services!!

I started occupational and physical therapy at the South Avenue location in May. The Building is outrageous…with tons of parking!! I am so glad that I found Eric and Dariya!! They are angels! I finally feel like I am improving and have hopes of recovering!!! The staff is extremely friendly and professional and the students are amazing!!!! You are always greeted with a smile!!! It is very hard to find OT for your hand on the Island but, Dariya is the best!!

I have been going to JAG-ONE on South Avenue for a few weeks now and I am extremely happy with the wonderful care I have received there. Eric is a fantastic PT and is extremely knowledgeable. I am on my way to being pain free! Thank you Eric!

Darya is the best Occupational therapist, her and her team are amazing! Extremely helpful, friendly, patient, and really cares about my well being. Started coming here for a broken arm rehabilitation and it's been getting better and better each session. Shortly after I've also started going to physical therapy for my back and hip. Eric is extremely knowledgeable and does everything he can to relieve my pain. Jenna from PT team is top notch! Super friendly, very experienced, and really cares about making you feel better. So happy with them! With going to both therapy sides PT and OT. I'm very happy with their care. They give you top notch care and actually care about you. Not like those places that rush you through excerises and kick you out. If you want someone to really help you rehabilitate your injury, come here and see these fine people. You can't go wrong! Oh and let's not forget about the super friendly front of house staff. Very kind and patient. Overall this place is a winner. Highly recommend!

Great facility and great staff! My son(9years boy)has been playing soccer as soccer player most of everyday.But he always said his feet and legs hurt after playing soccer.Physical therapist-Eric Fichera is professional,a competent therapist.He helped me to understand the causes of his problem.My son has been feeling better day by day. Thank you!
