Staff is lacking. When you walk in staff looks at you with a look of unpleasantness. Short to assist. I ask the person at the window to please forward my records to another doctors office. She says...you want to take them I say no. Provide the other Dr info...When I go to my doctor's appoint of course my records were not sent over. Within the 9 business days. I HAD A FEELING

I called because i have issues with Diverticulitis i just got my 3rd flareup in 4 months and he doesn't ever tell me anything just take this medicine goodbye I am on antibiotics all the time and its BS he doesn't tell me what to eat or anything I did a colonoscopy and he said after just stay away from spicy food go back to normal living And this is now my 3rd flare up i asked him this time for a food chart or something he told me i never gave u it i said no u didn't give me anything No i am on medication again in pain and i cant get a hold of him because i want to know if i should go on a liquid diet until it goes away I called the office she was so RUDE !!!!!!!!!She told me i cant speak to my doctor he isnt in and any other doctors cant talk to me because ive been there only once ??!!First of all it was my 2nd time and they did a f'in colonoscopy in there office in back the 2nd time I don't qualify to speak to another doctor !!!i flipped out !! Stay away !! They know nothing just there to give antibiotics do colonoscopy and make $$$No help when really needed or sick in pain All about quick $$$$ stay away u have been warned!!

Not a comfortable office seem very disorganized was not comfortable at all. I just walked out Dr's might be good but I wouldnt know by the reception area disorganized.

While waiting time may seem long it is no worse than many other busy practices. Dr. Fazio's provides quality care and concern for his patients. He is more than willing to take the time to address a patients concerns and explain all modes of care and treatment.

Dr. Fazio is a good doctor. His staff however are terrible incompetent workers. Dealing with them is worse then getting a colonoscopy. If changes aren't made he will lose patients

Had an endoscopy and colonoscopy Dr Fazio is calm, professional and very caring He spends time to answer your questions and put you at ease

Dr. Fazio has been my gastroenterologist for about 6 yrs. now. He is very understanding when it comes to insurance companies & will try to work with you. He will also try to give you free samples with a new prescription to see if it helps before you have to pay for them. The only down side is the waiting time. On the other hand, I'd rather wait because I know when it's my turn I will get the same courtesy as the patients before me did, Quality time with his patients!!

Dr. Fazio is a great doctor. I have GERD and Doctor Fazio gave me the best treatment I have received from any gastroenterologist. He was friendly, patient, and took the time to thoroughly explain the condition to me. I do agree... Wait times are long, but it appears to be the same at all gastro offices. Unfortunately, my insurance changed in 2015 and I had to find another Doctor. Wait time for the new guy is 1-2 hours and the patient service is a joke... Can't wait to get new insurance next year so I can go back to Fazio!
